I hate giving the 2 stars but let me explain. I really wanted to give 1 star but the food saved that idea. Panera is extremely overrated. It’s ridiculously expensive- $35 for 2 salads and a soup. I got go to a legitimate sit-down, waiter restaurant and pay less. The service was terrible- I had 2 gift cards to use and one had “expired”. Excuse me, I didn’t realize gift cards could expire. We ordered 2 Southwest Caesar salads with chicken and they informed us they didn’t have avocado. Well, I asked if we could substitute something for that. She listed some items and I said edamame, thinking it was a substitute in place of them not having an ingredient— nope, she charged me for that!!! Unbelievable. Will not be back- probably to any Panera Breads in the near future or just never.

I like Panera and have been coming to this location for years. Spacious, clean and plenty of seating. Menu is broad and there is kiosk ordering or online. My favorite is the full apple chicken salad, which I really enjoyed with my side of Baguette. Plenty of coffee to choose from and selection of cold drinks as well. Enjoy!

Shout out to the male manager for great customer service. I had delivery drop off of Panera, but had an issue with the order. He offered me a drink while I wait for them to remake the food with no problem. Very appreciated thank you. Also Amy had great customer service over the phone when I had talk to her.

I spent over $50 on breakfast for my family’s brunch and everything was COLD. And let me tell you, cold oatmeal is not tasty. When I approached the pick up counter, the manager completely ignored me standing there and the cook did not know how to respond when I brought this up to him. Because I had somewhere to be, I didn’t have the time for them to heat up all of our meals but offering a gift card would have been appropriate customer service. Either way, we are having our pregame brunch elsewhere. Somewhere where the food is hot and our service is appreciated.

Pretty Disappointing. Received my Order. Did pick 2 for Delivery. My Chipotle Chicken Avocado had no Gouda, Cilantro or Chipotle Sauce. Had a Baguette as my side and that was just thrown into the bag.

I have never came to this one and thought it will be a good mother and daughter day time and when I came in there was a line but it want fast and when I was ordering the younge and sweet employee where really caring and when I want to get a cookie for my little one they ask me if my child had any Allergies and look up the Recipe to make sure that there is no Peanuts ingredients in there and they found out there is none and I was so moved that they did that I ordered 2 Broccoli cheddar soup with a cookie and a Cinnamon bun and one small hot chocolate and a caramel latte all for 24.00 with tip it was $27.94 and did I say the employee was so nice and helpful this place will be my place to go for now on and the Atmosphere is really relaxing easy place to go and get some work done ✔

Order is always ready on time, generous portions and good prices. Location is always pretty clean, I love the drinks subscription deal. Innovative for a restaurant and keeps me coming back. I recommend the smoothies and mac and cheese, but a bread bowl with soup will be around $6 and is more than enough for lunch. I always do takeout but that’s just because it’s always packed, not a bad sign especially for the area.
