Panera bread has deteriorated, the staff is not friendly and arrogant, the toilets are dirty and there is a very strong smell of urine in the women’s toilet, I’m sure they haven’t washed there for more than a month.
Food is ok, The soup is cold, I ordered it at the table, they gave it to me in a disposable dish in a bag I there are no alients at all, Panera bread will not be the same.

We always love going to Panera!! But today’s experience was not good. The portion was half what we had seen before. They charge $11 for large salad, but the portion looked like a small salad. We paid for avacado, and we had 3 small pieces of it. They were also out of french baguettes. kitchen area was dirty and messy.

the restaurant is just a complete mess, food and crumbs, other trash everywhere in the carpeted areas. Looks like it was vacuumed last in 2020, Let alone being swept. The last 2 times I’ve gone in I have been just disgusted with the lack of cleanliness in the entire establishment. Odd odor near the soda station. Employees don’t care at all. If that’s the standard the owner allows I’m afraid to eat the actual food. Pathetic!

So disappointed. I ordered the ham, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwhich to go. Clearly my sandwhich is missing the cheese. I called to see what they would do. First I described the sandwhich and the manager tried to tell me grease or butter was white cheddar. I said that is not cheddar. I offered to send a picture. Her resolution was for me to come back and they would make me a new one. Why do I have to spend money driving there and spend my time to do it for their error. I guess what I was expecting was an apology and an incentive for me to come back like a coupon for a free one the next time Im there. So because I was not heard I and left disappointed after trying to work with management to resolve this concern and the corporate website is unwelcoming for customers voice concerns like this that I am voicing it on here. Sad. I have been a strong customer for over 15 years and this is the second time this store has made a mistake that was equally not resolved.

So today I went and ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese the older lady that was there at 6 am read back my order then sliced my bagel and ask again what kind of cheese I repeated the flavor and she still mess my order up and scraped off my crunch on my bagel I’m never going back and will the my teammates to ….we will buy else where….#disappointed!!!!!

The worst experience I had at a resturent!!! The employees obviously lack customer service and that’s due to their manger HERSELF needs to be trained again. The food prep area is filthy, the sandwich I got was the most disgusting, and to make things even worse their female manger that was on duty is the worst in class. This will the last time we eat at this nasty Panera bread. I would give it negative 5 stars if I could.

This location is mostly decent, but you occasionally get untrained staff that push out orders without following instructions. I recently ordered a cookie (delicious) and two frozen caramel cold brew drinks. I was given watered down coffee with ice in cups. I said “this isn’t cold brew nor frozen”. Staff said that’s exactly what you ordered. I said no this isn’t frozen. I buy this here every week and this isn’t a frozen blended drink. Two staff members looked at me dumbfounded. Then one took back the drinks, sprayed whipped cream on them and insisted that was it. I took them and left. I contacted Panera corporate on Facebook and they reimbursed my order. I’ll return to this location, I just hope they train the new people on what a frozen cold brew drink is.

Ordered a simple half grilled cheese and small mac and cheese for dinner. Waited over 40 minutes past my pick-up time for curbside. After the 15 minute drive home I opened it up to find a soggy grilled cheese. After taking a bite and opening it up I realized they turned the cheese into charcoal.

Apparently all my life I have been making grilled cheese incorrectly, the Panera way is to grill the cheese and not the bread. Tried calling multiple times but it either rings and rings until it stops or they pick up and hang up on me.

I’m guessing they are understaffed, but if that is the case, close it down if you are unable to provide anything the resembles acceptable customer service. This place is run like Covid just begun and is easily the worst food experience I’ve had since the lockdowns well over a year ago.

What a joke. But they have my money so I guess the joke is on me.
