I came in and the two teenage girls were SO kind. The customer service here was so good today, even though it has been bad before. This guy connor always messes up my order, but all of the other staff is amazing! Santiago Pina is also the best worker and has an amazing quality of customer service.

I love the decor and how everything is set up. It feels so inviting to someone like myself who just stops in occasionally. I had the Mac n Cheese with bacon and a mango smoothie. Mm… Although I’ve been to many PBs I liked this one so far. Recommended.

Food is Panera so I personally think it’s good. But it sucks that the WiFi here is so terrible. It’s nice to be able to come have a cup of coffee and some breakfast while getting some emails out, but you can’t do that here. The WiFi goes out every other minute. It’s so frustrating! Going elsewhere from now on.

We really enjoy their food, but EVERY time we order, it is incorrect. Last time I ordered a pick 2 (soup & sandwich) and they forgot the sandwich! I think the guy who took our order was too busy talking to his friends to get our order correct. The time before that, we ordered a salad with extra dressing and they forgot the dressing! What a shame. They need a proper manager and more training on accuracy.

We love Panera! They always serve delicious food including soups, salads and yummy bakery items. Their coffee is outstanding, and the atmosphere and ambiance are great! It is a nice place to have food with friends or to dine solo. There is plenty of parking too. We went here for a Valentine’s Day lunch. I had an Asian chicken salad, and it was very tasty. It was a generous serving with lots of tender chicken. The pumpkin muffin was great too. Panera is one of my favorite places to eat!

I drove through the drive-thru. I ordered soup. Staff never asked my rewards number. Then I picked up my soup. I asked if the baguette was in the bag. She told me they ran out of bread and she gave me chips. Why was it not mentioned when I ordered soup? I am not impressed with customer service. Will be moving onto a different Panera.

Go to Panera occasionally. I have found that eating there can be a hit and miss proposition. This meal was a little like that. There were four of us. Three of us got salads and the other got a smoothie. One of the salads had grilled chicken. Instead of small pieces, the chicken was stuck together into several big balls. Once you pulled it apart is seemed to be okay. The chicken teriyaki broccoli bowl was good, but just not much broccoli. They were out of bananas, so the banana strawberry smoothie just contained strawberries (which they mentioned). But then they never let us know when it was ready.

Never disappointed with the food. However customer service is horrible. Prepare to be completely ignored at the counter for pickup, especially if you are a delivery person. All orders are kept in the kitchen on a table so you have to “get there attention” to pick up a person’s order. And like I already mentioned, prepare to be IGNORED! Been a long-time problem at this location.
