Go to Panera occasionally. I have found that eating there can be a hit and miss proposition. This meal was a little like that. There were four of us. Three of us got salads and the other got a smoothie. One of the salads had grilled chicken. Instead of small pieces, the chicken was stuck together into several big balls. Once you pulled it apart is seemed to be okay. The chicken teriyaki broccoli bowl was good, but just not much broccoli. They were out of bananas, so the banana strawberry smoothie just contained strawberries (which they mentioned). But then they never let us know when it was ready.

I have always loved the ambience at this location. People here are nice, friendly and welcoming. Have dined here before COVID, and now prefer the take out / drive thru. We take the family here two or three times a month and the kids love the mac and cheese along with the cheap desserts. The grownups love all the meals and other than an occasional long line, this is one of our favorite places to eat. Reasonably priced and delicious food along with pleasant staff makes us repeat customers.

First let me say how much i love getting asked to give a tip to the cash register operator. They really earn it. Next, i waited 23 minutes for my 15 dollar sandwich. They said they were understaffed and i had some time to read the news so no big deal. Finally when my sando did arrive, it was disgusting. Dry, hard bread, and nothing else. At least my table was dirty. Thanks but won’t recommend.

I just went through the drive through. Usually they are good, but this time I did a pick two of a Cobb Salad and soup with bagette. I got no bagette, and there was no bacon in the salad a just a small dab of avocado. Did not get my monies worth at all I should have taken it back. After $12 + I will still be very hungry, wont be going back to this one.

This location is horrible for their delivery. They are constantly late, sometimes even over an hour late. They also have a hard time getting their orders correct; one time they forgot 1 half of my pick two order. And now, today I received my sandwich with black avocado on it. I expect better customer service for the prices we are expected to pay… so disappointed.

I really don’t know why I keep giving Panera a chance. Last night, I ordered a half portion Green Goddess salad and paid for extra avocado. There was barely any avocado or bacon, and the lettuce was the part you’d normally toss out. $11 for half a salad that isn’t even made correctly is shameful. To top it off, I ordered chips – which my receipt stated and was “checked off”, yet there was a roll instead.
