Monday evening for dinner. It was dead like hell. The food was also just rotten. I love Panera breads generally as an healthy option. But this salad, was disgusting. Onions still frozen, same with cucumber, and the green leaf- I think it was arugula was really really bad. See pic. Avoid this location if you can.

Don’t order delivery! My bread had a bite in it. The bag was n9t secured. $61. for lunch for 2. Offers do not load and codes don’t work. Catering lunch box is not even on the menu or App. The new french dip contained almost no meat. There is zero caring about to go or delivery. The $9.99 soup was a small CUP. Simply over priced terrible food

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Our orders are always as per the request. Never disappointed. The wait time is very less as well. We love the Mediterranean sandwiches and the squash soup .

This place was absolutely delicious the soup was creamy and seasoned very well I love the baguette with it and the chicken barbecue sandwich was delicious very seasoned and well moistened on the chicken and the BBQ sauce was spot on I would eat here I would give the food here 100% Plus so if you’re looking for good food do come here it was absolutely delicious I will be back it beats some of the other restaurants that I’ve had which is crappy chicken and crappy service so do come here this is one of the best Panera breads I have ate.

In general my experience is with delivery and pick-up. Most of the time everything is fine, I’ve had a few deliveries missing items or the food itself is missing ingredients it comes with. I rated a 3 because for the most part my orders are fine. What I will say is that some items are nothing like what is advertised on the website. The new BLT on the menu can either be a great choice or they will deliver a sandwich that looks like it was made for a mouse, so small you can’t believe how much you just paid for it. Another example, the Garden Avo is a bit of rip off. I included pictures of their advertisement and what you actually get. On the contrary, the Bacon Double Take is 100% worth it. Great portion size and always delicious.

Went here to get a coffee and bagel with my fiancée — there was maybe 1 or 2 other customers in the entire store.
When I went to get my coffee almost all of the coffee decanters were empty. The coffee I got was lukewarm. The other drink station was dirty where my fiancée went to get her drink. Given how dead it was, it surprised me that the coffee was empty and drink stations dirty.
In addition, they gave my fiancée the wrong bagel. We each one small container of cream cheese that didn’t even cover the bagel completely.
All around poor experience for an expensive price. We won’t go back.

Slow service. Dirty tables. Ordered a smoothie as part of our meal. It tasted like sour milk. When we brought it to the staffs attention…we were rudely told it’s made with Greek yogurt with no offer to adjust or remake it or provide an alternative.

After a messed up order we noticed a worker scrapping the air vents above the kitchen where dust was falling all over the floors and possibly food surfaces in the cooking area. After complaining to the workers at the front they said she’s far enough away so it’s ok and it’s not getting in the food. If you can see from the picture she is clearly in the food prep area making a mess.

Brownie: Panera is not exactly a go to dessert spot for me. In fact, I only really go when they send me coupons for free bakery items, which brings us to this brownie review. The official description from Panera is a rich, fudgy, soft chocolate brownie dusted with powdered sugar. The first thing I want to comment on is the brownie’s appearance does not match what is pictured on their website/app. Panera advertises it as a brownie with copious amounts of sugar, but only on 1/2 the dessert. My brownie had a light amount of powdered sugar covering the whole thing. Not a big deal (in fact, it probably makes more sense), but not what was expected. On the plus side, the brownie is thick and it does have chocolate chips or chunks imbedded within it. The flavor is closer to dark chocolate, but the powdered sugar nicely balances out the bitter chocolate with its sweetness. Sadly, the brownie is a little dry and leans closer to a cakey texture as opposed to fudgy (which I prefer). It’s difficult giving this one a final rating. Compared to the other bakery items offered at Panera and factoring in I got it free with a coupon, I would say it’s Doughboy approved. Conversely, I would never pay $3.79 for this, it didn’t match the picture on the app/website, and I’ve had much better brownies, so it’s really just okay.
