I was pleasantly surprised by the menu options available. Prices were pretty reasonable. Soup, pizza, and spicy chicken were good. I loved the Charged lemonade options (lemon mint, mango, n cranberry). They also have a rewards program. If you haven’t visited Panera Bread in a while…. they have more than just bread.

Everything was going well until they gave me the food. I ordered a salad and a cream of chicken wild rice soup. The soup was not how I always been getting it for years. The cream was missing and seemed like a chicken noodle soup. Then when I told them they ended up giving me the same texture of soup.

I went there to visit with a friend and it was really nice. We sat outside. There was plenty of nice space to sit either in the shade or enjoying the sun. The menu and service is what you’d expect from a properly run Panera. The bathrooms were nice and clean and everyone was pleasant.

Ruby Isle location is sometimes great, sometimes not so great. Please use fresh real avocados and change how you cut and place avocado on the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt sandwich. It’s usually a big piece stuck on top of each half. It should be sliced and the slices spread out on top of both halves. Yesterday both avocado chunks were inedible. They were like rubber. Couldn’t eat them.

never have i ever experienced such a horrible experience then this location. POOR FOOD, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR TIME MANAGEMENT. I will never use this location ever again. If you ever get delivery expect AT LEAST an hour for it to arrive WITH it being luke warm as well! if that is what you’re looking for, then this is your place! Attached to my review is an image i took directly after i received my food! not appealing, was not good, and mild temperature!
