We walked in at 7:45pm, I didn’t realize they close at 8pm. We were ignored by the staff due to them closing up. An employee finally took our order and told us they close at 8pm so we need to take it Togo. I ordered and paid for a soda. The soda machine was already closed down. I guess they should put a sign on the door. We close at 8pm so no orders after 7:30pm. The girl taking the orders was very rude. The girl at the pick up window was very nice.

Everything was fine except the fact that the lady that took our order never asked about sides and was clearly not happy to be there. I had a bagel with my order, the last time I was here I had ordered the same thing and the person had asked about cream cheese, the lady today just straight up ignored any other questions about anything and everything. I understand working in food and with/for people is a bit much but at least try.

Have been to other Panera locations before, so I had an idea of what to expect when eating here. The parking was busy because of the Fun City next door, but no big deal. We ordered at the counter because it was quiet when we went in. I settled for a spicy chicken sandwich (was hoping more for a traditional deli item like ham & Swiss on rye), which turned out to be ok. Their soup bowls and variety of salads are tasty if you’re in the mood for them. Overall, the service and quality here was good. They also offer a variety of breakfast items and coffee that I will have to try sometime.

Awful customer service. Have been waiting 5 minutes until a sale person finally showed up and took in front of us last 2 cheese souffles for a car order that came after us. Told her that it’s not nice. The girl, that named herself Sara, didn’t even say a simple “I’m sorry” as a courtesy. Very impolite and rude attitude. Have been liking Panera, but after this incident will think twice before going to this place. Need to train your personnel in customer service or hire right people for the job.

Stopped in to pick up a gift card with one person ahead of me, who had already ordered…he was waiting forever, and so was I, for the cashier to return to the register. Some poor worker happened by and I asked if I could please pay for my gift card, thankfully she took care of me. I normally have good experiences at this Panera, but the customer service was very poor today.
