Panera is always a pretty good place to eat I feel like it’s been more pricey than the last times we have been here. This location is very busy and seems like it could use a little more room we were in at around noon and the bakery items were almost entirely gone which makes sense and our order was a few minutes delayed.

My whole family loves going to this specific Panera. The associates are kind and quick with out orders, and are always willing to give a smile. We love the mac and cheese here, and we would vote it the best ANYWHERE…and my kids get a lot of mac and cheese. 🙂 The Chicken Avocado melt has to be my personal favorite sandwich you offer, and I would put it against any other sandwich you can get anywhere in the Council Bluffs Omaha area. Once they got our order wrong, and they were so kind to fix the order when I drove back in. Overall great establishment!

Been coming here frequently for the past couple months. Sometimes have honestly been hit or miss. Never have I had a bad experience with a worker here named Jon. Even when the order may have gotten mixed up down the line, he made it up by not only genuine and good customer service but actually addressing any issues had. Will keep coming here again and again because of him but the atmosphere of this whole location!

Everything that we ordered was correct .. zero complaints with the food and drinks ..but absolutely no hospitality or happiness with the staff in fact the entire staff seemed gloomy but the establishment was clean and are order came out in a timely fashion..keep up the hard work Panera Bread

Something needs to happen with the drive thru situation. 40 mins is a little bit excessive. I see a ton of people in the kitchen but it seems like they are so slow. I understand being short staffed and I tried to be patient but I feel like something needs to be done to move the drive thru along faster. Especially with the prices they are charging. The food is good and that’s why I come back but don’t plan on making a quick stop. You will be waiting a VERY long time

i was standing in line and a few of the workers would turn around and laugh and then talk to another one and that the would peak around and laugh too and then they would talk. even had one act like he was “drying” his hands while clearly trying to find me. super disrespectful and honestly wouldn’t go there again with such a bad atmosphere.

BEWARE!! I placed my order per their menu board. Problem was, the price on the board was not the price I was billed. When I asked why the price I paid was alot higher than what the menu said, I was told that corporate hadn’t sent them a new menu yet! Don, the guy that told me this didn’t even offer to refund me the difference! All he said was sorry!! Will be contacting corporate about this store and employee.
