This location was very clean, well stocked, and good-looking. Service was pretty fast, despite the huge line when we arrived. Our food came out as ordered and it was delicious. We were very happy with our experience at this Panera location. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Food is ok. I don’t feel it’s as good as it used to be , say 10 years ago. Not easy to find a clean table when it’s busy. My main complaint is the cost. I ordered a “pick2” entree, a fountain drink, and a reduced price pastry and the bill was a little over $20! Not worth it . They do offer the best fruit cup of any fast food place I’ve been to.

Visited on 6/14/23 between 3:05pm-3:30pm. Haven’t been to a Panera in over a decade. Only downsides were the prices for what you get. $15 for a footlong sandwich (mostly bread) & bag of chips + small soda. Only downside with service was didn’t receive my drink glass after placing my order… folks who came in after were walking by with their cups, had to go back to ask for mine while I was waiting for my order.

Last 2 times I came in to get a salad labeled as vegetarian, there were pieces of chicken in it despite saying explicitly we did not want chicken. Actually felt a little sick this past time because I must have missed some before I noticed it. They also gave me bread as a default without asking which side I wanted. Maybe it was on me for not disclosing that I’m allergic to gluten, but still was not given a choice.

This location used to be more consistent, but has been hit or miss lately in terms of order accuracy. The other day I ordered my usual Baja Grain Bowl, and found a suspicious addition in my bowl, which I tried to assume was a string from the corn. Eventually, I had to stop eating because I was too grossed out by the mystery string— definitely an appetite killer (and definitely way too thick and fibrous to be from corn).

We ordered the tomato soup, tuna sandwich, Thai chick soup, Flatbread pizza, and a few pastries. The tomatoes are not the best as they are squishy. Baguettes are one of my favorite breads. Everything else was great.

We had bagels and Asiago cheese bread delivered. The Asiago bread was so small it fit into my hand! What the heck is that. Should have been 3x that size. Very disappointed and not coming back..you just lost a very good customer!

We order Panera maybe once a month as a splurge, usually delivery. They’ve forgotten pieces of our order in the past and I usually ignore it as mistakes happen. This time, we ordered a premium family feast and a couple other items. We paid a ‘convenience fee’, ‘delivery fee’, and left a tip on top of just the price of our order. Our total was $73.00. Quite expensive. When we received our order we noticed that part of the order was missing, the salad was incorrect and that one of the 1/2 sandwiches were incorrect as well. I called to notify them, and they offered a refund of the items (although this was part of a bundle essentially so didn’t state how much would be refunded) or that they would replace the items if we came into the store. It defeated the whole purpose of us getting delivery but we wanted the items, therefore drove to the store. When we got to the store, they provided us the missing item but wouldn’t replace the salad, or incorrect 1/2 sandwich. (They did offer us a pastry item though?)
