I will stop going to panera from now on. This is the second time they are showing me that they dont pay attention to customers’ orders and their pictures are nothing like the actual products. First, look at that sandwich- no chicken and rotten avacados. I posted it on Instagram because I was pissed. Second picture is from todays order. Banana Strawberry smoothie. Look at the picture they have on their web site- pink, thick and fully blended consistency. But the smoothie I got has chunks of ice in it and the color is so diluted and tastes awfull. What kind of smoothie has chunks of ice in them. Very very dissappointed.

Monday lunchtime and only 1 person working the counter. For some reason they didn’t think Monday after the new year would be ‘so busy’. Got a chicken salad sandwich on sourdough. About an inch thick with lettuce and tomato and it fell apart at the first bite. That bread is not a good choice for that sandwich filling. The food was good and it was ready quickly.

Panera bread was pretty terrible the soup was worse than soup out if a can, and the sandwiches are decent but way expensive for very small portions. Its just really not worth it to me to ever go back, the sad thing is panera 20 years ago had some pretty high quality food but alas it has fallen victim to the current trend of raise prices, cut quality, and cut portions given.

One of the most unprofessional Panera cafes I have visited. The 2 employees who were working in the lobby were constantly having loud personal conversations during my visit. Gossiping about their co-workers, etc. One had to tell the other to turn around & take my order after I was standing at the register.
My sandwich was made in an odd order (slippery tomatoes next to bacon pieces) and the bacon was crumbled, so they kept falling out as I ate.

2 large coffees, one black, one with cream (don’t have cream, settled for 2%), a cinnamon crunch bagel, sliced and toasted with cream cheese and an everything bagel, sliced and toasted with cream cheese. 15 minutes later……2 coffees both with milk, both bagels sliced and toasted, no cream cheese. Waited at the window for another couple minutes but she never came back so we left. Don’t waste your time.

We ordered creamy tomato soup in a sourdough bread bowl. I just loved their tomato soup. It was thick, creamy, and flavorful. I liked it so much that I ordered it again. One MUST try it.
We also ordered Broccoli Mac & Cheese. It was so yummy.
In addition, we ordered Classic grilled cheese and Mediterranean veggie sandwiches. Both the sandwiches were okay. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to try it.
Overall, one must try tomato soup. The quantity of the food is less, but prices are a little on the higher side.

A car in front of Me just order a regular soup and a sandwich, and yet I always have to wait 10 to 16 minutes in the driveway. why does Panera bread driveway take “sooooo damn long!” To get your food ready? Why is always this? I Don’t even get it… do they need to make a damn soup and wait to boil so it can be ready every damn time a car orders some? Ridiculous….

Very fast and efficient. It is expected to be. It is very clean and well-run and everyone that was working there had a good smile on their face. If you get the soup you got to get a bread bowl it makes it so much better and then you can eat the bowl.
