Ordered drive-through on the website. I pull up to the drive-through and they don’t have my order. Apparently it was pushed to rapid pick up, which I didn’t even know existed because I have never been there. When I clicked on order drive-through, I assumed it would be through the drive-through. After handing me my food, they made me go in just to make my own hot tea after being very rude and condescending at the drive-through. I then go to start eating my food and my soup has leaked everywhere because they didn’t even put the lid on all the way.

I have ordered from here three times recently. Twice in person, once on DoorDash. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Whether early in the day or late at night, they do not have the bread bowl. But rather than contacting me to ask for changes, all they do is stick a baguette in there and hand me the order without the bowl. At the drive thru too!! When I’m right there! NEVER go to this Panera, they literally could not care less about their jobs or customers. I can’t even eat your stupid baguettes because they’re hard as rocks. I will never visit the establishment again.

It is exactly what you would expect from a Panera Bread these days. The food is good, hot and fresh. There are not enough staff. They try and remedy this, by having a place orders online, or on their kiosks. For those of us who are not fans of this method, it is lacking.

Time for a tasty Turkey BLT with Avocado. I added Thai Soup and a Brownie. The ingredients were fresh, although my soup could have been warmer and both sides of my sandwich needed mayo. When you think of the price it was average $$ with plenty of parking between 1 -2 PM. and the staff was efficient with a warm environment. A good place to stop and they even have drive through!

1 hour wait for 4 bowls of soup and a sandwich. Order was placed online, immediately given a 45min wait time “due to the size of the order”. Pickup time came and went, order board showed the sandwich 8min overdue. Not from initial order time, from scheduled pickup time. They were not that busy. No reason someone should have to wait that long.

My wife and I are on a long road trip and stopped here for breakfast. The drive through was closed (why?), so we went in and had to wait for a few minutes. Not because it was busy, there just wasn’t anyone at the counter working.
It’s wild what $20 gets you a Panera. 2 yogurts and 2 bagels. No drinks. Apparently you also have to toast your own bagels now, but yes let me go right ahead and choose a tip amount on the credit card machine. Icing on the cake, the toaster they have you use burns the bottom of the bagels and doesn’t toast the top side. All 4 slots did it. We followed the directions on the toaster. Maybe we should have called the help desk number that was on the toaster (I’m not joking here, it actually had this lol)
While I was using the toaster, another customer attempted to get coffee beside me. Unfortunately it was out…. at 8AM it was out of coffee.
Oh and if you can’t tell in the picture, one yogurt has less than half of what the other one has. So did we get extra? What if we ordered just one? Would we get the pathetic amount? That doesn’t seem fair.
Panera, why am I spending $20 to toast my own stuff, get crappy service, bus my own garbage, then be expected to tip your staff? Why is the drive through closed? Maybe don’t advertise you have a drive through if you are not going to prioritize having it open.
Be better. Maybe ask Starbucks or Einstein Bagels how to run a business.

ZERO flavor in the breakfast sandwich w egg and bacon. Very disappointing! Do better. Bagels need improving. Horrible quality. Pricey.

Terrible service…went to pick up a catering order that had been ordered to be ready an hour prior to my arrival. No one had even started it when I got there. When they finally figured out what the order was everyone disappeared behind the kitchen wall for no joke 15 minutes, no acknowledgement, no update. Finally I call out to ask for an update, “it should be ready shortly.” 35minutes later and I’m finally out the door, no apology…did they have to literally grow the vegetables for the salad?
And I should add I’m literally the only customer in the building at this point with 6+ workers.

This is now my favorite Panera here in town. If for no other reason than because they have the quick order kiosks. I can’t believe people are still walking up to the counter while these are here and available. Quick and easy cups right there and the pager buzzes you when your food’s ready, fantastic. This location has multiple seating groups so it is pretty quiet but like all Panera’s here in town it’s suffers for a lack of outlets.
