Tables could’ve/should’ve been cleaned up for it being pretty slow and empty at 2:15 in the afternoon. Had to wipe off our own table after seeing most had crumbles in the table and seat area

I go here almost daily. The drinks are usually pretty well stocked and if they aren’t staff is willing to refill. They busiest from 9-12 but they are slow in the afternoons. Older men come early in the morning and socialize. The regulars are nice people. Many of the regular staff have a friendly smile.

I got a turkey avocado blt and I swear the dang thing weighed 1.5 lbs alone! Probably not to the companies spec but hey I wont complain. Never had a bad experience but service could be a bit quicker for what I order usually. Good overall.

Food is fine, prices are a bit nutty and the menu does not reflect the prices at all. When I walked into the store it was completely empty of staff for a few minutes before anyone checked up front. I ordered a chicken chipotle avocado sandwich and the half sandwich price is listed as $6.59 on the menu above the counter but the front counter lady said it listed at $7.99 on the register. I ended up forking over the extra money but was disappointed the prices were not accurate.

They did not provide me with the food I paid for and did not provide a receipt. Got home missing items on a standard sandwich as well as condiments. I love Panera, but this location is in desperate need of management. Basically every time I go they forget an ingredient or are out and instead of asking or subbing, LIKE LETTUCE, they just leave it off. Could use some serious expo help.
