Panera bread always has good food. But to be honest, I dont know what half of the things on the menu even are unless I search it on my phone…like who uses the word arugula. Even thier ordering system is really confusing…pick two, half sandwich etc…really? A half sandwich or a half salad? Are you really making a sandwich, cutting it in half and selling me one half? I go to most resturaunts for the first time and I know what I am ordering. Here @ Panera (not specifically this location, but @ every Panera), I am always confused. Why can’t they just call it a value meal, a combo, a basket etc…Call it a small sandwich or a small salad. Make it easy for the first timer! Dumb it down for people like me! Even when you order the food, they have a different place to pick it up. None of the stores tell you that- like we are supposed to know that, when it is so different from almost every other resturaunt?
But enough ranting. Like I said in the beginning it is actually very good food. This location is clean. The manager was checking with customers, brought my 3rd plate of food out to my table because I thought I only ordered two (I had left the 3rd plate at the pick’up location), then returned my food when I explained I didnt realize I ordered that on the kiosk. It really was my fault, and they didnt have to do the return but they did. So great customer service! I will be back again because the food is great and the service is great. Maybe, someday, I’ll figure everything else out.

I was not impressed with this panera. I’ve been to a few others and the French onion soup was delicious there, it wasn’t here. There was no one at the counter when we walked in, we were forced to order at the kiosk and couldn’t ask questions. We then waited 20 minutes for our food. I’d expect that at a place with table service, but that wasn’t here.
The food was mediocre at best, just not much flavor. The soup had no depth to it, like it was made 20 minutes before it was served to me.

The food is amazing, one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had.
The online ordering/pickup is super smooth and makes it super convenient over busy hours. The only problem is the parking lot is very congested during peak hours.

Attention to detail and availability of stock drive customer satisfaction. This Panera had neither one. They were out of what I wanted, the coffee was not hot and they got my order wrong. Why should I return?

I had a drive thru order a few weeks ago. I ordered two meals, one was rung up incorrectly. I’d only realized after I had already drove home in a nearby city. It wasn’t worth the drive back to get them to fix it so I called and asked for credit/a coupon or something for the inconvenience. The manager was very nice and understanding. I was told I would receive a e-gift card in my email inbox for the inconvenience. However, it never was delivered. Disappointed with the service and customer experience. I know I ordered the correct sandwich because it’s the same every time, but it was rung up wrong and I still haven’t been compensated for the mistake

I’ve been sitting at this Panera for several hours almost daily for the last month as I study for an intense summer class. I mostly buy iced tea so I can’t speak for the food itself (though it sure smells good) but the staff here are always very friendly and the tables are kept super clean.

They did not provide me with the food I paid for and did not provide a receipt. Got home missing items on a standard sandwich as well as condiments. They also don’t answer the phone to even speak to a manager. Below is their version of a Turkey avocado BLT. One piece of avocado and no bacon…. you know the B in BLT…

Tables could’ve/should’ve been cleaned up for it being pretty slow and empty at 2:15 in the afternoon. Had to wipe off our own table after seeing most had crumbles in the table and seat area
