The coffee is hot and my sandwich was cooked. It worked out to a level of satisfaction where I would go back. The kid got a muffin top, was about should be expected. Nothing to wild to make a note about, they are performing their duties.

We got the bacon Mac & Cheese and split the Chicken Frontega sandwich. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. They were short staffed when we went in but you would’ve never noticed. The place was clean and cozy. Will definitely go back the next time we’re in Marquette

I love the layout of the place. The design is an open floor rather than lots of walls like some Paneras. I like it.
I got there bright and early this morning for the grand opening — 4:15 AM. I even beat the managers! (They showed up around 5 AM). There were some people who camped out, and they got interviewed by TV6.
If it wasn’t for the wind this morning, it would have been nice weather. But the wind was icy cold, and it tried to steal people’s blankets.
I got a cinnamon crunch bagel (my favorite), and it was perfect. Nice and warm with a wonderful crunch and sweetness to it. And the staff was all lively and friendly. I think the manager (Sean) was the one on the floor serving the orders, too, so that’s a plus!
All in all, I enjoyed my experience this morning. I’ll definitely be back again!

We ordered a water with our food in the drive thru and extra Caesar dressing for salad and when we got it we had one dressing cup that was literally 1/8th full and no water. I went back in and explained and they asked if I was sure I ordered it. It’s a cup of water and one sauce are we fr. My salad had brown lettuce in it

First you can absolutely tell every worker did not want to be working…like I was an inconvenience. Second… out of all soups and Mac n cheese on a Saturday??? Sounds like poor management to me (ps the manager was arguably the slowest working one today). This is the third experience like this at this location. Was excited for a panera but I’ll be taking my business back local because it’s been that bad for the prices. Last…. the store was dirty. Like what? Laziness all around.

Had a Greek salad with the green goddess salad and grilled cheese. Sandwich was really good, lots of cheese, did get the extra gouda on it, but definitely not light on the cheese. Salad was a bit smaller than I thought it would have been but was really good. Dressing was great and pick up order was quick and easy.

Hate to say this but check your food before you leave drive thru. I ordered there chicken sandwich, picture included of what I got,…… Where’s the chicken? Not the only time where the food was not correct. Ordered a bread bowl via their delivery service on website. I got a cup of soup and a baguette. No bread bowl. Come on Panera….. My wife loves your food from last town we lived in. So far on our trips there together your 1 of 3 with correct food.

Visited this Panera a couple weeks ago, and just getting around to leaving the review. They were not horribly busy, and even with about 12 people staffed, could not deliver timely service. Wife and I both ordered soup and a half sandwich, the greens were horribly wilted and the soup was like warm. Despite this, the food was not horrible. However after eating I retired to the rest room to wash my hands where I was met with excessive amounts of rodent droppings on the floor, as well as on and in the sink. Some had been there for a while. Highly regretted our dining choices after that. Wife submitted a complaint to Panera, online. The best they offered was a 20% off coupon that was only good for 30 days. I will not be returning to their chain, period.
