I’ve given this location multiple opportunities, and am done doing so. From salads made with lettuce that was already brown and gross, to sandwiches that were soggy and disgusting, to the most awful teriyaki bowl I’ve experienced at any Panera. Breakfast is no better – good luck if you want cream cheese with your bagel. They shouldn’t be allowed to carry the Panera name if they can’t remotely meet the quality standards. Avoid this one at all costs!

This place has pretty good food.. but there prices are crazy.. I stopped in tonight an I got one large chicken noodle that had little to no noodles etc in it for $22 an then I got a bowl of broccoli an cheese which was awesome but I paid $9 for one very small bowl so almost $32 in food an nothing was really to show for it it couldn’t even feed me an my husband an kids!! So needles to say I will not be coming back for that price when you get nothing….

Did not receive my dessert with my order when using Rapid pick up requiring me to drive back in order to receive it. Therefore, always check your bag before you walk out the door instead of trusting employees to do their job to 100%. When I returned they compensated by giving an extra dessert. Other than that, food was Panera and quality. The Kitchen Sink cookie is very rich and tasty… Split it in half with coffee for two mornings.

While we almost always love the Panera visits, we were on travel for vacation. Stopped for a quick lunch and while open, the dining area was closed due to a semi recent tornado. That made it where had to eat outside or in the car.
