Not sure how this place rates a 3.9 Google Review…. Counter service attendant was a very poor representative for Panera Bread. Very lackluster…. Admittedly, I’m not a regular customer at Panera Bread. If my experience here is truly representative of Panera Bread’s direction, I won’t be returning. The menu has changed; I believe for the worse. Not many sandwiches available. Flatbread pizza seems to be their direction. At 2pm on a Wednesday, the restaurant was virtually empty. Order was taken and I remained at the order counter, not knowing that I should go to the pick-up area for my order. After a few minutes, I asked her when my order would be up. Then, she directed me to an area that looked like it was designated for call-in pick up orders. I ordered a roast beef sandwich which was very paltry. Very little meat for the money!!! We also had a Fugi Apple Chicken salad which was good. However, it to was small. The “back of the house” was visible to me from the pick up area and it just didn’t look clean.
Sorry folks- Overall, if this is the direction of Panera Bread, I won’t be back.

The food was good, the place was cleaner than I have seen it before and a huge improvement, employees were helpful. My gripes are towards the corporation that sets prices and menus. $28 for the meal in the photo including drinks. Pretty outrageous. No more of the raspberry flavored tea. Please bring it back.

I ordered a cheesesteak but after I was miles away I realized it wasn’t what I ordered. It was my first visit because someone gave me a gift card, sandwich was good but not what I ordered. We’re not off to a good start, I still got 10$ on my gift card not sure how I feel, someone else got my order so now 2 customers are disappointed. People were nice enough there but………… oh well no recommendations from me.

My family was reluctant to stop here considering our recent experiences at other Paneras have been poor. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, quick preparation of our food, and quality of food! Everything was delicious and the ingredients seemed very fresh. Obviously the prices are a little high, but this experience might have restored our hope in Panera Breads.

Did not receive my dessert with my order when using Rapid pick up requiring me to drive back in order to receive it. Therefore, always check your bag before you walk out the door instead of trusting employees to do their job to 100%. When I returned they compensated by giving an extra dessert. Other than that, food was Panera and quality. The Kitchen Sink cookie is very rich and tasty… Split it in half with coffee for two mornings.

Ordered the you pick two. Ordered a Cesar salad. Most of the lettuce had some brown spots. Probably due to it being end of the day and lettuce was not fresh any longer due to the time I ordered. I picked out the bad pieces and continued to eat it, it tasted fine. However, the dressing that came with it, could have used more. There wasn’t enough dressing for the salad and I was eating a lot of dry pieces of salad. My sandwich was great! The building was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly. The only issue was the salad and that wasn’t that big of a deal, I ate it.
