Good food. Good rewards
Very friendly and helpful staff. I enjoy Pamera and this location has an excellent staff. Two different staff members were helping customers by carrying food or clearing tables. A manager stopped to ask how our food was. I have not seen that type of service before at a Panera.
On top of great service the food is good. Some gluten-free options which is nice. I enjoyed the baked potato soup and the new spicey steak sandwich on an asiogo roll. Spicey indeed.

We placed a big order for a work meeting and accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich. Olivia and Craig were so kind and helpful at the counter—they fixed our mistake and got me the right sandwich so quickly during the lunch rush. They showed amazing customer service, and I hope they know how much their kindness is appreciated!

How can y’all justify putting 2 small pieces of bacon on a BLT when it’s the main part of the sandwich. Extremely disappointed in my lunch. This is the one thing on the menu I actually enjoy and we’re being stingy.

This is an “okay” Panera Bread, which meets generic company standards but lacks in being exceptional.
The staff seemed bored and were thinking of a thousand other places they’d rather be. Nothing rude, but no smiles, no genuine interest in making sure you have an excellent experience. Very dull and lack-luster.
The food lives up to Panera standards, but is grossly over-priced, in my opinion.
The atmosphere is very plain compared to most any other Panera. Again, not bad, but certainly not exceptional.
This location seems to attract a large crowd and is capable of handling parking and dining spaces, so congrats to the planning team placing a restaurant where it is.

When I first patronized this “Panera” they gave generous portions. Now two times in a row they only fill the bottom of the bowl. Save your money and make a soup or salad with a sandwich at home.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. YOUR EMPLOYEE (AN OLD MAN) WAS TAKING PICTURES OF ME (A YOUNG FEMALE) WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY ORDER. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR.
I tried to confront the MAN about this but he hid behind the counter so I spoke to management about this when I was still there. Hopefully these pictures were taken care of internally. Who knows, he probably still has these pictures for all I know and that is terrifying.

I ordered this Strawberry chicken salad and I got it home and decided to worm the chicken up and it was stuck together so I added some olive oil to the pan and it turned into a mush and it didn’t taste good on top of that the salad was wet and soft and I hadn’t even added the salad dressing yet… I expected better from Panera the chicken was nothing like the chicken on my sandwich very disappointed
