If I could give this specific location a 0 star review I would, but I’ll give 1 I guess. I have had multiple bad experiences at this Panera but today was unacceptable. The associates and management always seem stressed or annoyed. Always poor customer service, but even worse food! Almost always cold, or wrong. If you want to customize at all, like no sauce or no onions on a sandwich, it’s never done at all. Completely ignored every single time. And for the cashiers, way too rude for the job position, you take an order and cash someone out; it’s not difficult at all… most do it with a smile but not here. I’m done ever coming to this location again. The manager Tim and other female manager were rude for me asking for a refund when they got my order wrong once and said my total would be $24 and then it was $14 then I was charged 16.20 on my card… SHADY! Do not spend your money here! I asked for a simple cup of soup ($5) And a half sandwich ($7-8) so 16.20 is not adding up…. When I was not taking no for an answer, they hung up, refused to answer again, and when I called on my fiancé’s phone they said they would call the police if I were to call again! Arrested for wanting my money back for disgusting food and TERRIBLE SERVICE! Crazy. Will never be back! And HR has heard from me!

Food was poor. I ordered an iced tea and a salad for $18. All lettuce was discolored and brown. The chicken was gummy and flavorless. Things are more expensive these days so normally that high price wouldn’t be the source of my complaint…I knew how much it was when I chose to order it, but I know I could go to a true restaurant elsewhere for something fresher, tastier, and potentially even cheaper. The staff were pleasant, however! I got my food quickly and there appeared to be a good amount of people working.

Well where do i start.. Bread was really hard dry inside like it was old, or reheated. I know that bread is harder normally but this was not fresh or baked too long somethin.. alot of the tables were dirty and there bathroom was gross. Dirty floors seems no one cleaned it in weeks. I’ve been in many Panera’s this not up to par as others. The sandwhiches are already small, so please don’t be skimpy with the meat and bacon. I had half piece a little over an inch. The staff were really nice that’s only positive thing I could say…

I have been a supportive customer to Panera bread for years. Today was unacceptable. I always order the Baja bowl with extra black corn salsa. I received my order and it appeared as if I paid $14 for only 1 teaspoon of each ingredient. Instead of making it right, the Mexican lady that was the cook held her ground as if everything was absolutely okay. The manager didn’t even care to make things right. They was more than ready to give me a refund and get me out the door. As an over the road truck driver that was hungry and tired I was so disappointed after a long day of work. Save your money and go to another Panera until they fix their employees attitude and train them better. I’m deeply disappointed in their character and lack of compassion when it comes to loyal customers.

Good food but disappointed that they stop serving breakfast at 11am. When I went in it was 11.10 and I know you have to cut things off at some point but some flexibility would have been nice. This is probably reflected of the corporate rules rather than the store. However if the Governor, the Panera CEO or some other dignitaries had asked for breakfast at 11.10 am I bet an exception would have occurred. Am I grumpy? Perhaps.

In the last six months, we’ve gotten food here three times. 2 delivery, 1 takeout. All three times the order was wrong or incomplete. One delivery was missing half the order. The other delivery was missing the extra baguettes. So this third time we decided to do takeout to make sure the extra baguettes we paid for were included. Opened the bag and we were missing one of the baguettes. Got the one we were missing and drove home. What I didn’t expect was that they gave us the wrong soups on one of the You Pick Two’s. We just counted the amount of soup cups in the bag. We shouldn’t have to open each item and make sure it’s the proper item we paid for.

Kids grilled cheese is a scam. It costs almost $7 so I thought it would be pretty good and filling – definitely wrong about that. It was so small, smaller than the free baguette I got with my entree! On top of that, there was only one thin slice of cheese in between two pieces of wonder bread. When my daughter saw it she was so sad and thought she would still be hungry after she ate it so we traded sandwiches. I’m just pretty shocked. It would’ve been one thing if it was a $3 grilled cheese, but $7?? Highway robbery.

I just got my Uber eat meal delivered and this is the avocado is on my sandwich. I’m very disappointed. I usually never have a bad experience here. I wouldn’t serve this to a customer. I would like a manager to call me. I don’t feel comfortable eating this sandwich.
