Steer clear of the food here. For the prices they charge, my grilled cheese should definitely be cooked right. I paid 13 dollars for a white bread sandwich caked with room temp fake cheese.

The bathroom was really messy. The food was good but I don’t like that they don’t call out names anymore. We were waiting a long time while the food was just sitting there waiting.

Had a gift card, wouldn’t go back. Was a fan Panera in college (10 yrs ago) when they had a different menu. The bagels are the only thing that appeal to me at all now. My friend thought his was edible.

WOW Normally I love my sip club even though they offer almost zero cold beverages that are diabetic friendly. I have pretty much been focusing on the agave lemonade though during the summer the strawberry basil lemonade was a nice addition. Now even though sip club beverages are $3-4.59 when they add Hot chocolate for the chilly season for 3.99 instead of including it in Sip club they want us to pay 1.99 for it. Time to cancel my club until maybe next summer.

This chicken noodle soup, has no chicken, noodle, or any thing – it’s strait broth. In 2025 people are so tight and businesses are skimping on top of that. What does 8.00 get you at a healthy choice food restaurant.

My wife and I just ordered the new French Dipper ciabatta and a salad to split for dinner. When we picked up the order, we noticed the au jus was in no way full enough to dip our sandwich.

Because this is a sandwich you’re supposed to *dip* we asked if we could get a little extra au jus, thinking this just wasn’t filled much by mistake.

We were wrong, apparently.

When we asked, the drive through attendant gave a flat “no” so we just said “we’re happy to pay for a bit extra”. They reiterated that the answer was no. “We don’t have a way to charge for this.” they said after being asked.

So we say “okay, that’s understandable. Can we just pay for a cup of soup to cover the cost?”

The attendant then called their manager over to explain the financial implications of au jus portioning. This manager said “we’re only allowed to give you one ladle full.” We reiterated that we’re willing to pay for it, and the manager then said “Well it’s not worth it to pay $7 for soup just for a ladle.” We know it’s not worth it, my guy.

We agreed, but also didn’t want to eat a dry French dip, since the au jus is kind of a critical element of the sandwich.

At this point, my wife was (understandably) frustrated beyond belief that a sandwich that is intended to be dipped in sauce can not , in fact, be sold with enough sauce to dip it in.

So we left, and we’re now rationing dips of this absolutely mediocre au jus (surprise there wasn’t enough!) like it’s some divine gift from the gods, after paying $21.07 and assuming the French dip would come with both the sandwich and the dip portion of the French dip.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the French Dipper Ciabatta was also not flavorful, mostly bread, and fairly dry. If only there had been a dip or something available…

I placed an online order for pickup this morning and when I got home I realized my order was not correct. Half of my order was missing. I called and spoke with a Liz and she was great. She didn’t hesitate to make it right, she even threw in a coupon for a free pick two 3è3 a later time use and gave some bakery items for the trouble. She was very apologetic, and gave great customer service. Something that I don’t see very often anymore these days. I wanted to take the time and thank her for everything.
