This has to be one of, if not the, best Panera Bread location I’ve ever been to. The service was fast, and it was nice, calm, and open. If a large group came in, there was an easy way for you to get far enough away from them to enjoy your time there without distractions. The front desk did take a bit to have a worker get there, but since it seemed like they were short staffed, it was more than fine. The kindness of the staff was also a nice plus!

I ordered the pick two, a salad and soup. I was horrible. The salad was warm. The soup was cold with nothing in it. It was basically broth. I am so disappointed. I paid for delivery so it was on the expensive side. I have no problem paying if it is a good meal. I ended up throwing the soup away since it tasted “not right.” I do not think I will be visiting a Panera’s bread anytime soon.

Not the most convenient location and the guy waiting on me was rushed to get get me to order since I couldn’t remember my rewards number. He just had to wait until I figured it out. Too bad. No validation for parking so I won’t go out of my way to park here and pay for it just to give them more business. The hot chocolate was watered down. The pecan roll was cold and they didn’t bother to ask if I wanted it heated. Overall, an unfriendly ND worthless Panera Bread.

Update 3-1: Their rating dropped to 2* today. I came in yesterday to pick up my personal rapid pickup order as well as a delivery order. I come here quite often as both a patron and delivery driver. And I 200% understand the need to have a locked restroom at this location. But they had recently changed the code. So I went to the counter to ask if it had been changed. The 3 team members one of which was a manager. All replied yep or yes then ignored me. Then another employee further down recognized me and informed them I was a regular and a driver. Why the others decided I wasn’t worthy of the code brothers me.

Definitely not the place to get a breakfast sandwich! We were in the building with nothing to do and decided to get breakfast. My husband ordered the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich and I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and we ordered a drink with it. It came to over $11 and it was a waste of money in our opinion. The sandwiches had a very thin layer of meat on them and there was literally no taste. Not only was the meal overpriced but it definitely did not satisfy our appetite. The location was clean and the service was good but I think the food is definitely overpriced. I did post a picture of some of the menu also.

Worst Panera ever. I order from here multiple times a week and it’s always a terrible experience. They are 15 minutes early consistently, which if you work, means your lunch sits for 15 minutes before your break.

If I could give ZERO star’s I would!!! This is honestly the first bad review I’ve ever given, and I don’t leave reviews but I highly recommend to not go there! I paid almost $70 in food that was absolutely disgusting!!! Sandwich seemed like it was days old, bread was not wrapped just thrown in the bag and to hard to eat, no bread bowl for the bread bowl soup I ordered, both $7 smoothies tasted just like watered down Greek yogurt, not a smoothie! Forgot 2 of my sides, VERY disappointed, I was honestly looking forward to it! My pitbulls struggling to chew the bread on $15 sandwich right now…SMH
