went to get a salad and there was a bug in it before i even ever opened it. I called and asked about getting a new salad or a refund. Was declined a refund, I can’t get a new salad unless I drive back up there TODAY and that’s “all” they can do. Manager was very rude and showed no type of remorse or acted sorry at all. Disgusting

Two days in a row a horrible experience the first day I ordered soup they were out of baguettes the second day I ordered a black forest and Gouda sandwich and ended up with avocado sauce, all over my shirt and my lap from the sauce when I went back to the window and explain the problem, they said well that’s not a black forest ham sandwich at all and I said well there’s your problem, and when the manager came out, I asked her what was going on that this was typically one of my favorite restaurants and she says well you know we all have bad days. Not at all what I wanted to hear.

I was very disappointed to open my to go baja bowl and find out they didn’t put black beans on my bowl, and they put salsa on when I asked for none. The bowl also looks very empty. I have not taken a bite in the photo, and the bottom of the bowl isn’t even fully covered. Very disappointed.

The people who serviced me are absolutely amazing and the atmosphere inside is very calm and spacious. The food is completely overpriced though. Just one breakfast sandwich and a souffle is $15+ for such a small portion.

Stopped here for lunch. It was mid week. Many people. Easy to find a seat. We were a larger crowd but food did came out quickly. Like all Panera. You order your food at the counter and wait for them to call you. In the mean time get your drink and find a seat. They had a very bubbly staff member.she was pleasant and.helpful.

I found a worm in my cheddar broccoli soup, after already eating a lot of it. They didn’t ask if I wanted a refund, rushed 5$ in cash to me and called it good. I paid 15$ with a card, not sure why they couldn’t give me a full refund to my card for the worm soup. Have been nauseous all day thinking about if there were any I missed! So disgusting.

I ordered Rapid Pickups a few times a week at Paneras all over the state. This is the only one I’ve had bad experiences at! It’s never ready on time, they’re rude and orders are inaccurate. Even if you love Panera, skip this one.

I’ve never been great about putting on a face and hiding within society. So when the girl in the drivetru asked how my day was going I responded as I felt which was pretty miserably. It’s easy to just say “aww I’m sorry to hear that” but today I was greeted with a cookie and a heart warming message to remind me that although this is a corporation it is also filled with human beings who can bring life into any 4 walled structure.

Yeah the food sucked today. I ordered my usual smokehouse BBQ. The chicken breast was not cooked all of the way thru that explains why the chicken breast could not be shredded on my sandwich. There was not even a drop of BBQ sauce. $12 for a rare chicken sandwich. You lost my business and the corporate catering money I spend with you.
