I looked at the menu and they didn’t have any acai bowls which was upsetting as a vegetarian but, the food was great and smoothy was delicious I deeply recommend going here. The prices are a bit high though. Another thing is if you’re there to study it’s a nice and quiet place to do so.

I ordered a bread bowl with Mac N cheese and I was told they were out of the bread bowls so I got a regular bowl of Mac n cheese. This would have been fine except for the fact that the bowl was way smaller than a bread bowl. I went up to the counter and asked if I could get another bowl because they we out of bread bowls. They told me that they had just made more. They lady’s at the counter went to talk to the manager. The manager, (blonde hair with round glasses) said that she would bring me out a bread bowl. I was satisfied and went to sit back down at my table. Then I saw and heard the manager talking about me and mocking me. Then I was brought out not a bread bowl but a to go cup of Mac n cheese. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!

Everyone in Adrian needs to refer their rude employees to Panera for training. They made a mistake on my order, and then when fixing it, they misunderstood and it ended up in the same mistake. The apologized profusely and were extremely polite.

We just placed a decent size order from them. $68 dollars for 3 pick two and 1 full sandwich. Didn’t get one of the half sandwiches. The delivery selected at check out was to have Panera deliver it. Called to say we were missing 1 of the half sandwiches. Apparently having them bring the sandwich is not an option. They offered to refund the credit card in 7-10 business days or a gift card. I won’t order from them again so didn’t want the gift card.
