Sooo good and quick! I ordered from my app so I get points towards rewards like half off my cookie! Butternut squash soup and fiesta chicken salad with ranch. A pumpkin cookie and diet coke. And a side baguette bread of course! Yum!

As someone who owns and manages two businesses full time, I understand how important professionalism is.
I arrived to pick up a delivery order that didn’t show on their screen and politely asked if they could check on it. Instead, I was met with yelling. I chose to leave rather than argue.
The 3-star rating reflects the service. Courtesy goes a long way — I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for now.

I just ordered a you pick two from here, and unfortunately my sandwich was made wrong, even after having to wait some time in the drive thru. I know it was a complicated sandwich with a lot of modifications, but considering the ticket was all accurate I’m not sure how it was an issue. Person at the drive thru was nice, but again, just disappointing for how expensive everything is.

Here we go again…I ordered a simple hot tea here and was handed a cup with 15 tea bags in it — no joke. That’s not service, that’s confusion with a side of chaos. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up basic orders, and honestly it’s frustrating when you just want a drink without a weird surprise.
Staff weren’t rude, but the repeated mistakes and sloppy execution make it hard to recommend this spot. I hope they get it together, but for now I won’t be coming back.

Waited a half hour for a curbside order that was “ready” then went through drive through to get it, they wouldn’t give it to me saying it’s health code. The health code rule is once the customer touches it you can’t take it back, not once it leaves the kitchen it can’t come back. So I go wait 10 more minutes in my car before going in and getting it myself. I call and speak with two people who were very rude to me as well. One person was nice but it was a sarcastic kind of nice, no sincere apology. They weren’t busy, no one really inside and no one in line. I got home with my breakfast sandwich and it was obviously cold. I don’t mind mistakes but please act sincerely sorry and have better customer service…..
Edit; gave them another try. Completely disappointed. Got the garden carpese melt which was lettuce and a tomato on bread and stale macaroni…. pics added

I go here for the Sip Club – it’s wonderful and I get my money’s worth for the drinks I prefer. I wish Panera had more locations!

Normally I think the staff at this location are some of the best in the state. This morning I ordered the oatmeal with strawberries and pecan crunch. Out of strawberries. Ok. I was offered a substitute of bananas. Then was told I’d have to pay extra

The girl who took our order was rude. She did not listen. She was disrespectful..I don’t know where she was in her head but it wasn’t there. It took two times ordering the food as once she handed me my receipt it was totally different than what I said. I was there on 9/6 just prior to noon.She acted like the job was beneath her. I did not critique her or complain as she clearly would not have taken this well..Maybe suited for a position in the back or cleaning the dining area which could have used it as it was filthy.
