First off, Olivia’s very polite and when we told her we wanted a minute to decide what we wanted she didn’t get irritated like a lot of other places do. She had a good sense of humor and it was appreciated. The bacon chipotle chicken pizza is SO good!! Everything just goes together so perfectly. Nothing is overpowering but just blends well. They messed up on my fiances pizza by putting tomatoes on it it he didn’t want them. We pointed it out and they immediately apologized, started making him a new one and even put the mess up in a box for us to take home and eat later. It was greatly appreciated as I had mine with tomato on it and will gladly have one to eat later. The Mac n cheese was eh and nothing very special. Not because it tasted bad or anything but just not my personal preference for Mac n cheese. The iced cinnamon crunch latte was pretty good as well. The southwest chili chicken salad was really good as well. I love the dressing they use. He works right down the road and I can already see several visits on his way home for me haha!

Bad service that’s only gone worse over time. Food is way over priced for what you get. Also, i didn’t receive my order I paid for because they didn’t want to give it to me in the drive thru even though I selected drive through pick up. I was on a break so I had to go back to work because I waited so long for them to help me. Customer service just wanted to give me a store credit. I didn’t receive my food, that should obviously be a refund.

The food is generally very good but portions tend to be small. They seem to often run out of sconces. I tried one of their new sandwiches, the one with pepperoni and cheese, and it seemed very light on pepperoni. Still worth an occasional visit for a light lunch but don’t expect to feel full if you’re really hungry.

I purchased a roasted turkey & avocado BLT, however there was no avocado and I had already driven back to work 15 mins away. This location unfortunately has issues like this half the time I go (I wish I could stay away, but their mac and cheese is so comforting and I liked their baked goods too much), so it’s really hit or miss. One time I called 30 mins ahead to order bagels for the office, I was put on hold for 25 mins than hung up on. A few times I ordered a large Mac with my pick two (paid the upcharge), only to realize later I was given a small. This location is notorious for running out of avocado, however up until now they’ve always told me when I’m ordering they don’t have any – so they either forgot to tell me or someone just forgot to put in on my sandwich. 90% of the time the staff is very pleasant, and the store manager seemed nice the one time I got to speak with them (they let me keep the small Mac they gave me in error and gave me the large like I ordered). If the slip ups weren’t so consistent I’d give them a 4 star, but it’s seriously every other time I go there. Also the drive through is VERY unfortunate. Once you get in you can’t leave. When I go there for a specific item and they’re sold out I have to wait sometimes 10-15 mins before I can leave the line, which sometimes means I have to race back to work with no lunch.

My first time trying Panera bread…I wanted to try the fuji apple with chicken salad (large) as a side dish for my dinner. I got home I put it in the refrigerator. Made my dinner and noticed there were no apples but there was bleu cheese . My husband called and was told they ran out of apples and they would be getting them tomorrow. The associate name Sydney told us that we would get a refund and replacement salad. The replacement was size of regular size salad when we had a large . Sydney did her job we appreciate her for trying to make it right.
