So I came in and ordered a salad, cookie and coffee and I waited a good 45 minutes. I’m still not sure as to why because it wasn’t packed but had a steady stream of people coming and going. It seems as though their order of priorities in their system was off and I was asked by 3 employee about my order because they too felt as though I had been waiting for a really long time. The staff was kind and the food was decent but not waiting 45 minutes to get 3 items.

People order pickup online to save time, not to wait around inside the restaurant. They are supposed to send a ‘Your order is ready’ email once it’s actually prepared. While I understand mistakes happen, seeing my order isn’t ready for the third time in a single week is just frustrating.
​Today was the third time my order wasn’t on the ‘Rapid Pick-Up’ shelf. I didn’t even bother complaining; I just walked out and went to Starbucks instead. My order was ready there, the employee greeted me with a smile, and it felt great deleting the Panera app. I still have my Sip Club membership for now, but I’m done with the app. I’m sharing this so others can avoid the same headache. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I’m not typically someone who complains as I understand the food industry can be challenging and we all make mistakes. Especially during a busy lunch period. But I was very surprised today when I literally spent 35 minutes waiting in the drive thru for my grilled cheese and tomato soup. The soup was piping hot and delicious. The grilled cheese, however, was inedible-burnt to a crisp on the inside. It was clearly microwaved for far too long. I have included a picture for reference. It would have been nice to at least receive an apology for how long it took. Again, I’m just bringing awareness. I’m not looking for anything other than a better experience the next time I visit Panera. I will return. I don’t believe in grudges! I’m all about second chances. Thank you for reading.

This is the second time I have ordered on the app and did a drive thru pick up of my order with items missing within a weeks time frame. They weigh your order to confirm all items are accounted for, they dont physically check. The first time I was missing a sandwich, 3 bags of chips and a cookie. The second time I was missing a bagel. Panera is my favorite, but I will no longer visit this location. When I called to address this the Manager was unavailable to speak with regarding my concerns.

Earlier this week I stopped in only to find the atrium closed. Today Saturday I stopped again and asked why it was closed. (It’s packed inside and there are no available seats at 2 pm on a Saturday) she said we’re doing interviews. I said I sat here for an hour Wednesday and there were no interviews. Also today there were no interviews as they are swamped. The atrium gives customers a unique experience and sunshine during lunch ,it also gives room for about 20 more guests to dine in. We’re ordering our own food at a kiosk, picking it up at a window then sorting it and cleaning off our own tables yet you ask if we want to tip and you don’t offer enough seating for your guests.

Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt because my first few visits here were fantastic. First time it happened, okay that’s cool, they were super busy. But unfortunately this will be my last time at this location as I’m tired of my orders being incomplete, especially when the location appeared to be completely empty upon my arrival. I’ll happily take my business to the Midland location.

Food is good, but hopefully you gave 30+ minutes to wait for your food in the drive through. Single sandwich and single drink you will wait at least 15 minutes after paying. Ive had this same experience half a dozen times here. Last visit, they didn’t even make the correct sandwich. No reason to ask for a correction as I don’t want to wait another 15 minutes for an egg and cheese sandwich.
