I stopped at Panera today before 5 pm. I ordered the pick 2. A turkey avocado blt with cheddar broccoli soup and a medium drink. I paid nearly $18.00. As they asked if you would like to round up for some charity I never heard of. Anyway my complaint is 1. The clerk was not pleasant. 2. My sandwich was slathered beyond slathered with miracle whip (mayonnaise). Even the bread was soggy. Had I known they were going to add this condiment on the sandwich I purchased, I would of passed as all of this mayonnaise ruined the sandwich. I would like to add I feel as if many other consumers are probably in the same boat. You should ask the consumer if they want mayonnaise on their sandwich. As Panera is quite spendy. Almost 18.00 for a 1/2 sandwich—ruined with a lot of mayonnaise a cup of soup and drink. What a shame on Panera.

We visited the drive through on 8/26 at around 6:30pm. The staff was a bit short handed but would could tell they were doing their absolute best. Bailey, who was working the window handled a very rude customer (who was in the car behind us but decided to get out of her car and berate the staff at the drive though window on foot (twice)) like a professional. The manager (without being asked) offered to refund the cost of our meal for the long wait. It was unnecessary but a nice gesture that was appreciated. Be nice people. The world does not revolve around you!

This is the second time I’ve ordered a bacon, egg and cheese here where they put some white stuff on it that just ruined the whole thing. How hard is this. Bacon, egg, and cheese. Stop with the extra stuff. Other than that it’s pretty good. But god feel like never ordering breakfast here again cause they struggle to make a sandwich with three ingredients

It’s Panera. Good salads, and their scannable Q code leads to a page that checks off the restricted ingredients in each food (gluten, nuts, etc.) But Panera’s prices now exceed the quality of the food. I eat here when I’m on the road and need a predictable place to eat, my healthier version of McDonald’s. Only slower. And more expensive than it should be.

Service was awesome. I got there for the first time and let the lady know. She was very eager and excited to help me choose great options. Food was good. I will definitely come back

The food is rather subpar, which would be perfectly OK in most cases. However, for the price of about $15-20 per person? The quality is nowhere near worth the cost. If you want to feel a general atmosphere of hostile superiority and waste your money at the same time, I’d highly recommend. Otherwise, there are better places in town that charge much less for higher quality food.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a Chipotle chicken & avocado breakfast sandwich and this is what they gave me. There’s just an egg on this. I should’ve checked my food before I left but I definitely wasn’t expecting this. $7 for an egg??? Won’t be coming back here.

I would advise staying away from Panera Mt pleasant. Some how they are always out of anything I’m getting. They also don’t understand customer service. How come now one smiles or even makes an effort to be friendly.

Way over priced. You get very little meat, sauce and cheese on a sandwich. All I could taste was bread. Workers standing behind counter talking and tables are all dirty. Have to ask them for a towel to clean one for myself. Young generation, no work ethic at all.
