I used to love Panera. Used to get their bread all the time. And live the Atumn Squash soup. But, unfortunately Panera is not doing that good as a coorporation. 1100 cases were filed for mold, rats and other stuff in the last year. They used to be the better fast food, thats not very fast. Now its just like every other fast food chain. I have seen some sad Paneras. Its sad. But its the truth!

All I can say is, “where is the meat?” The Coconut Macroon was not much bigger than a 50 cent piece. I was disappointed! The Mexican Street corn was good. That was it. It was delivery, I can’t comment on atmosphere or service.

The young girl who took our order at the front register was so friendly and helpful. We always stop in on our way up north. I just think the food is overpriced for the portions you get. Spent $17 for two breakfast sandwiches a fountain drink and a smoothie. The restaurant was pretty empty but seemed dirty.

First off, I ordered this to brighten my work day in the middle of an “outbreak” and guess what… it worked!! They were very respectful and packed my dairy allergy order separate from my co-workers’, put an allergen warning and made the most amazing dairy free Mediterranean veggie + sandwich! The perfect answer to a very intense few days.

$32.93 for a “Pick two” and a bowl for lunch (no drinks). Asked for it to go, but gave us dine-in. Wasn’t given a spoon for the soup. My bowl had quite a few pieces of white/brown/woody lettuce. Way too pricey for what we got in my opinion… almost makes me wonder if I was charged correctly? Over $16 each?!

Panera is one of my favorite restaurants. They have delicious food thats quality. They have great gluten free options with the salads to soups. Their tomato soup is the best I’ve ever had. Try their Brocoli cheese soup it’s super good. They also have kid friendly options like Mac and cheese and grilled cheese.

Edit: another Doordash issue and this time manager Dana didn’t fix it. Buyer beware of delivery orders, Panera won’t have your back. Dog hair and open drink/food. Gross and a waste of money!
A+ for management! Online order for delivery. Doordasher Heather tampered with my order. Panera remade it and manager delivered it personally with an apology and even gave me cookies for the inconvenience. Thank you Panera for making it right.
