I’m getting so tired of paying so much for food and it being made my people who just don’t care!!!! Why would you serve this to someone?! This is supposed to be yellow/orange!! It was so hard I had to tear the bread apart in order to be able to eat about half of it. They didn’t even make it how I ordered it either. I would LOVE to be able to talk to a manager. PLEASE and thank you.

This is the most ridiculous “sandwich” I have ever received. You can’t even pick this up. Not to mention they forgot my Avocado which was probably half the cost of the sandwich. I can’t even fathom the fact they let this sandwich go out like this, won’t be eating here again. Lazy staff!!!!!

I waited for literally 20 minutes in drive thru to get a grilled cheese sandwich. I was told it took so long because the wrong bread was initially used and needed to be remade. The sandwich was on white, mushy bread, which looked and felt like it was heated in a microwave, with thick melted cheddar cheese. Definately NOT grilled. Tasted yucky. Even after 20 minutes wait, I had to again request my beverage, since the server forgot to give it to me. I’ve never written a bad review for Panera. I love the restaurant and food. But this Flint location, consistently fails the Panera quality.

Did not get my order correct, told the employee my order, still tried to give me the wrong one, then simply walked away, turned around and scoffed. Rewards, gift cards, or the internet were not working, but they could take your credit card for payment. The uninspired cashier failed to give me a receipt so I could enter my rewards later online. Breakfast was good and served timely. The dining area was large but loud—dirty bathroom. I probably would go to the Grand Blanc one next time.

In two weeks time I have gone through the drive-thru, both times I ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. The first time I did not receive any dressing for my salad. The second time the dressing was not the right dressing for my salad. I called to complain and I was told the next time I come in make the manager aware of what happened. I said no I really need to address this with a manager, I was told that he was busy. Miller Rd location I will not patronize anymore. Customer Service is very poorly.
