This is my 2nd bad review of this location, and I’m no longer going to Panera again after this. The sandwich bread was smaller than the cheese slice, and that was what I wrote my review about last time. Somehow the bread is now even smaller. Didn’t even get my baguette side in the bag. The smoothie sizes are a now a kid’s size cup? And my mac and cheese cup was only half filled.
Last time I wrote a review, someone reached out to me via email to say they were going to send me a gift card by mail. I gave them my address, and it never arrived.

Usually really good, it today my Toasted Caprice Focaccia was more like a Caprice Basil Pesto Explosion. Scant amount of arugula, and the smallest slices of fresh mozzarella drowning in the balsamic. It was gross.

I ordered $50 of food for pick up, 3 soups. I arrived and was told there are no spoons. I asked for a metal spoon, I was told they are all dirty and I should eat my soup with a fork.
A lady behind wanted napkins, and was told there are no napkins.
While I love Panera, this was an experience that didn’t meet expectations. The manager was snarky while I was polite and respectful.

This location is consistently under staffed. The asiago bagels are horribly made, there is barely any cheese. Today it was burnt. And the cafe was dirty.

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad for DINE IN. The dressing came in a container on the side. And I asked if they could toss dressing in the salad for me. The lady seemed annoyed by me and dumped a large glob of dressing on top and handed it back to me, without tossing it at all. My salad was pretty gross after that. And I spent $17 on this meal. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Ordered through drive through, and waited at the window without any acknowledgement for nearly 10 minutes. Then, they were confused with our simple order, one whole sandwich, one cup of soup. I clarified my order, but the attendant repeated it back wrong. Then, I attempted to correct it and they shut the window on me. No thank you. Judging by your other recent reviews, this is how it is here. Wish I had read them first.

This particular location is awful. Orders always take forever, way beyond the estimated time. The parking lot is awful too. Never anywhere to park and run in. Last time my order was ready for drive through and I had to wait 30 minutes just to pick it up because the line was so long. The next time I chose in cafe pick up but there was no one in the drive thru line so I pulled in and was told I could only pick up my order inside. Which didn’t make sense to me as they don’t even use the shelves to put the ordered. It was sitting back behind the counter. I wish I could avoid this place but sometimes it’s all everyone will eat!

Terrible experience, worst Panera location I’ve ever ordered from. The catering order I placed was over an hour late in being prepared. I even received confirmation the order was ready but hadn’t been started when I got there. The meeting the order was for had already started by the time it was done. Complete waste of time and money. I understand that delays happen but to message that the order was ready for pickup is unacceptable.

Recently had multiple bad experiences. Drive through took 20+ minutes and served cold food, missing items for to-go orders (still waiting for a refund), and sandwiches with way too much salt. You’re better of going to a different location.
