I recently visited this location and was deeply disappointed. I ordered a soup that was priced at $9, and for that price, I expected a reasonable portion and quality(was a cold one ) Unfortunately, it was neither filling nor satisfying, especially since it didn’t even include any meat. I feel the pricing is excessive for what is offered.
Additionally, the atmosphere wasn’t enjoyable. While I understand people come here to relax, it was unsettling to see groups gambling over cards openly. This doesn’t align with the image Panera Bread typically projects.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers revising their pricing and addressing the ambiance to make it a more welcoming and enjoyable space for all customers.

I highly recommend this Panera to get some brunch a Sunday , it is not too expensive and no too busy , food was made really fast and taste delicious, they should get better the presentation. Also the installation was really clean and organized. They have a tables outside to get some sun too. You should try it.

Half the menu was sold out, but the food is fine. The team does well. The problem with this location is that half of the seating is taken up by groups of old men who aren’t eating or drinking, but instead playing games, gambling and listening to theirs phones on max volume. Not just once either, all the time.

Food I picked for me was pretty good
Service people I delt with were very friendly & helpful
The kiosks are NOT the easiest to order on
The other people there are the big problem!
Standing in the way self-important, rude & LOUD
A lil pricey & portions good be bigger

Got a half of a sandwich that was definitely not the usual size. It was so tiny. Wish I could get something else because now I’m starving, and paid $7+ for this half.
Corporate called me and said they would send me a gift card to apologize. It never showed.

Spoiled food.
Dec 11, 25: Updating my review.
This was the avocado included in my breakfast sandwhich today. This was the second meal in a row from this location that had bad food.
Thankfully they are very nice about refunding and have polite staff.
But I haven’t been able to eat the last two meals I ordered and I worry about getting sick.

My husband and I went to Panera tonight and definitely received a horrible experience. We walked to the closest counter to order, and no one was there. Then, a woman around her early 20s came up to the other cash register behind the counter. She looks at us and doesn’t say a single word. We look at her. Still silence…. so we sidestep over to her cash register. Suddenly, a random guy popped up asking about soda cup sizes. He leaves, still standing slightly close. She looks at us. I broke the silence. I said I’d like to order. She suddenly turns around and ignores me to speak to her coworker in the back. She then turns around and says, ” What are you guys doing?” or something along the lines because she mumbled out the words. I said, “We’d like to order.” She looks at me like I’m not speaking English. Then, seeing maybe she’s slow in the noggin and not just plain rude, I pointed at the guy and said, ” I was waiting for him to finish.” She still looks at me like I have 2 heads. I said, “I’d like the pick 2”. She cuts me off saying “Oh I am helping her first.” Both of us turned around and saw a middle-aged woman standing there, and she wasn’t there before. We decided enough was enough and left. Horrible experience. This is worse than the woman at McDonald’s drive-through who ran away crying because she didn’t understand my husband’s question in English. I can’t believe people want a living wage. How about giving a satisfactory experience at your job? Based on her performance, she should be making $1 an hour. I’d fire that employee in a heartbeat. Ridiculous. Panera needs to have better hiring policies and make sure employees have at least some intelligence, can pronunciate, wear clothing appropriate to their job, not be rude, and able to greet people properly. By the way, this was at the Haggerty location close to 14 mile. This leaves a bad taste in our mouth. It’ll be an extremely long time till we decide ever to come back to any location.
