I don’t know how a place can mess up orders this consistently, but this Panera Bread somehow manages to do it every single time. I order here 2–3 times a week for the past couple of YEARS, and I order the SAME exact thing. You’d think by now they’d get it right. Nope.
They forget items from my order constantly, give me the wrong sandwich, or just decide not to include things at all—without telling me it’s sold out. No call. No heads-up. Just missing food. This has happened at least 7 times, probably more.
If you’re a regular customer spending money here multiple times a week, you’d expect even the bare minimum level of competence. Apparently that’s too much to ask. Instead, it’s a guessing game every time I open the bag to see what they forgot or replaced.
I am done with this Panera. Completely over it. I will never be coming back to this location again. Horrible service, zero accountability, and no respect for loyal customers.
Avoid this place if you actually want the food you ordered.

I’ve been coming to Panera since it first started in Michigan and if you’re going to tell me that this is a good portion size of a half a salad then you are sadly mistaken. This is a quarter salad, better known as a side salad. I would hate to pay for a full size salad and be disappointed by the portion size. When I asked the food prep person if this was the right size she had a bad attitude about it. Really unacceptable to think a 3 bite salad is half a size, NO. This is really petty on their part.

I stopped at this location because I like how panera bread has healthier options compared to other restaurants. However, I should have kept going. This place need employees that will be attentive to the service, food, and how things should go. There is no way someone should receive a sandwich that had sauce literally all over the place over all of the wrapper. You can tell the sandwich was thrown together and they literally just threw it on some bread. Im sure if they or their family was served the sandwich that was prepared they would not be happy. To the young lady that put this on the counter, would YOU eat this sandwich?

When it comes to broccoli cheddar soup paired with baguette this is the only place for me to go. Always make me crave. You gotta try it. I also like their Asian sesame chicken salad and they got the best cold sweet tea drinks. just make sure to check your order before you leave.

I understand that sometimes things can get busy and chaotic, but don’t tell a customer their order is ready, when it definitely is not!!! I did a pick up order and when I arrived, it said it was ready. I’m standing there waiting because I didn’t see it. Finally I was about to grab the attention of a worker and she said, the soup I requested was still frozen . So why did you say it was READY!!! Ended up having to get a soup I didn’t want. Do better Panera

I really really try to write positive reviews for places but unfortunately I’ve been disappointed by this location too many times 🙁 the last handful of times I’ve ordered, it was incorrect. I had just 2 minor modifications for my order each time (sauces in the side) and this was missed. Once or twice I figured was just an accident, but more than that is starting to feel like someone’s not reading the tickets fully. The last time I placed an order, there were no sauces in the bag at all so I ended up eating a very dry meal… I hope this can be discussed with the staff for improvement! Figured it was worth mentioning since this has happened multiple times and not just once or twice. Thanks!!

I have a 30 minute lunch break and I always go to paneras around metro Detroit for a quick lunch. It took 30 minutes for my salad to be made and I no time to eat it. So I asked for it to go and that took an extra 5 minutes just to pack it. Not coming back.

Had been a hospital all day needed some thing, son ordered chicken noodle soup. It had 2 noodles 5 carrots no chicken. Think the chicken walked thru it. Shame for the price. 2nd time this has happened, once in Mi once in FL.will not try again. People do not seem to like their job.

I love to go to this Panera because they are always so nice, they make it so good every time, and it’s a good vibe. My favorite Panera for sure! Last time I went I was helped by Micheal, Dan, and Abby in the drive through and they were the best! 🙂

Yesterday our team had ordered a larger lunch and we were missing a third of our order. After I had called and explained to the employee, they were a bit rude about the possibly of the order being stolen. I explained that bags were both sealed, and after a long pause, she had me pick up the part of our missing order.
While I’m happy to have had the rest of my order honored for the error, after coming in, the team prepping the food was rude to a customer picking up their order in front of me. A team member made a snide comment of “who is this order for? I don’t know what they look like!” and threw the bag on the counter with an attitude. I just laughed and responded, “it’s mine! thanks!”
Not to pleased after that exchange. Things get busy and understandable that mistakes do happen, but a lot of just standing around in the kitchen. Won’t be back.
