This is the most FILTHY good establishment I have literally ever seen in my life. No joke every single table has trash on it and trash all over the floor under the tables and all on the floor in front of the garbage.

I ordered the you pick two meal and an extra side of bread. When I went to pick it up through the drive through, the line was taking so long and we didn’t even move for like 10 minutes. I parked and went in to get my food since it said it was ready and rapid pickup was not so rapid. When I got my food and looked inside the bag there was two bags of plain chips in place of delicious bread. Who wants chips with their soup and salad on top of having paid an extra dollar for an extra side of bread. When I pointed this out and asked for bread instead, the worker went into the back and was there for several minutes only to return with no bread. They said they were out. Tell me, how does Panera run out of bread? I was deeply disappointed and it make my food far less enjoyable.

Amazing customer service!
I had two different young women help me at the counter for two different orders on this visit, I wish I knew their names to give them a shout out.
The first one I ordered a lemonade but they stopped making the kind I wanted. The women offered me two other options that I was hesitant about, but she provided me with a small sample of each. I ordered the Mango drink, it was good but the sugar with knock you out.
After sitting inside for an hour I went back to the counter and ordered a sandwich, the grilled BBQ chicken. It was very saucy and full of flavor. Unfortunately the bottom bread was very soggy.
This is a new build and is a open concept but it does lack the traditional Panera individual booths that I would prefer. I also think there needs to be someone stationed in the front of house to help guests and greet. Both times I went to the counter I had to wait for someone to come from the back.

I keep trying to give this location a chance at 6am on my way to work. I ordered avocado toast which took 15 minutes to make. There was only 1 in person order in front of me and I was the only drive thru customer. Very disappointed at the speed of service at this location. See attached photo for what took 15 minutes to make.

Management needs to hire a more efficient morning staff with a sense of urgency to derive the morning work crowd.

Went here today in the drive thru, apparently that was a mistake. I made another mistake of not checking the bag before I left. I ordered a sandwich, cup of soup and a pastry. I got all the way home, sat down to ear lunch, no sandwich. I called and the manager basically said they couldn’t do anything because I went thru the drive thru. But I can bring back my receipt next time I am in the area and I have to go in and then they can refund me, not super convenient. So now I need to go out again to buy lunch from somewhere else and already paid over $16 for a cup of soup and a pastry. Besides getting my money back when in the area, which isn’t often, I wouldn’t go back there again. I understand accidents happen but the fact that it is basically a “sorry for your luck, but can’t do anything about it” makes me not want to spend money there.

So this is my first time visiting this location. I felt the need to do a review. I ordered a smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich carry out. The sandwich includes shredded smoked chicken, Swiss cheese, onions, and of course bbq sauce. As I arrived at the store 3 minutes past the time it would be finished, the store was messy and crowded. People walking through the order line. My order was not on the pick up shelf, instead at the food counter. When I get back to eat my sandwich, I realize it doesn’t seem to hardly have any bbq sauce. I open it up and it’s about 80% chicken, 10% bbq sauce, 5% onion and 5% cheese. Seriously? Come on. Won’t be returning.

I love this location. I think they just hired on a new food quality specialist/manager, a middle aged African American man. When I say he is incredible!! Friendly, quick, and super helpful. What a great addition to the team. Keep up the good work ❤️

Did a doordash order for this panera for rapid pick up. Get a text saying it was ready. Get there and apparently couldnt find my order. Must have talked a manager he said my order was completed even though wasnt me who picked it up. Staff wasnt any help and manager was extremely rude. Wont be coming back here again!

A Tale of Two Experiences at Panera Bread

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Panera Bread, where I encountered a stark contrast in customer service that left me both impressed and disappointed.

Let’s start with the positive: Nev, one of the staff members at Panera, truly went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. From the moment I walked in, Nev greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. Not only did Nev take my order promptly and accurately, but they also went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring that my meal was prepared exactly to my liking. Throughout my visit, Nev remained approachable and attentive, checking in on me periodically to ensure everything was satisfactory. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable, and it’s clear that Nev takes great pride in their work.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the manager on duty during my visit. This manager whose name I believe is Shauna exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service skills. On this occasion, I overheard the manager speaking disparagingly about a customer within earshot of other patrons, openly expressing frustration with their requests to another staff member. Not only was this behavior unprofessional, but it also created a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere within the restaurant. When approached with a question by another customer, the manager responded curtly and dismissively, displaying a complete disregard for their concerns.

In summary, while my experience at Panera Bread was enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Nev, it was unfortunately overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the manager on duty. While I would gladly return to Panera Bread to be served by outstanding staff members like Nev, I hope that the management team takes steps to address the concerning behavior of certain individuals to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

The employees here could care less about customer service! Both the things I ordered came up incorrect as compared to my receipt, and the folks behind the counter acted like I was an idiot for politely asking to get the items I paid for. It almost feels like the workers here want absolutely nothing to do with actually doing their flipping job. There’s not way I’m ever going to visit this restaurant EVER AGAIN, and I’m going to make sure to tell everyone I know that lives nearby to never visit this place!!
