We were there on a Saturday morning, not crowded. Staff was very nice. Outdoor seating, though you aren’t far from Michigan Ave, so some road noise. Location is easy to get to, was clean. What you’d expect from Panera.

To me they have the best egg rolls. I was on my way home and thought about their egg rolls and decided to stop. I also got some fried shrimp and some Hawaiian chicken. In 15 mins my order was ready and I was on my way. The fact that they are only doing carry out makes it ok, because it’s always hot and still hot by the time you get it home. I’ve been going there for over 30 years and I personally have never had a bad meal there.

Loreal provided excellent customer service. I called Panera and spoke with her and explained I was missing a sandwich from my delivery order. She promptly had my order re-delivered! My food tasted good and fresh!

I came into store yesterday evening, I gave my order, cashier appeared to understand what I wanted , get to my car , not correct , missed one of my chicken sandwiches, I felt like the other cashier who was up at the register felt I was not telling the truth about the missing sandwich. That is the vibe I got since she had to examine my receipts with a fine tooth comb ! After I spent $80 plus in their store , won’t be back. I don’t want to feel uncomfortable like that again , I purchased 2 whole chicken frontegas, 2 chicken sandwiches. Original and spicy , bowl of chicken wild rice soup, a loaf of bread, 2 half apple fugi salads AND gave 2 dollar tip from the original order nope will not be back. Spend my hard earned money elsewhere!

We were their last customer of the night. The food tasted good, but pricey for the value. They were out of a lot of items on the menu. Part of the order was forgotten. When they did make the missing item, it was not made according to the order. Perhaps we caught them at an off time. I used to love Panera, but now it is just too expensive.
