No complaints! JOSHUA literally made my night! He is very welcoming and charismatic …..GIVE HIM A PROMOTION, because he will make every customer want to come back! I also went on a night when Gina was working, and she was so sweet That’s my girl lol! I was very impressed at how fast my order was ready, but the freshness of my sandwich was unmatched this night……. S/o to the two petite brown girls that were handling the food (you’ll did that Sis) lol! I’m only coming back on you’ll nights lol! Because of that experience, I’ll continue to frequent this location, and recommend it to others.

Took about 50 minutes to get through the drive-thru line from start to finish. We sat a full 20 months with the cars not moving at all, we were going to leave, but we were stuck in the line. From ordering to getting our food was another full 20-25 minutes. We have no idea what the delay was as it was 245 in the afternoon and the restaurant appeared fully staffed when we got to the window.
We took our food home and the chicken noodle soup didn’t have any broth in it and they didn’t give us the baguette that was supposed to go with it.

Probably the worst experience of my life here tonight. Idk who you guys are hiring, but this staff working the later shift really seems like they just don’t want to do their job. Nothing like having a bad attitude at the pickup window after paying $21 for food and waiting 20 mins in line….This is crazy. I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS and have never experience an atrocious experience such as this one! Prices have gone up, customer service has gone down. Do better!

Ordered two caprese sandwiches and what a disappointment. They looked nothing like the picture on the menu. It consisted of a very small round of cheese and thin slice of tomato in the center of the bread. If you didn’t open it up you would only think you were eating bread. You should be ashamed to call that a sandwich. I can’t ever see myself returning and I would not be surprised when Panera goes out of business.

Went for breakfast with my daughter, we ordered an egg and cheese sandwich, and green tea. 20 minutes later, I went to check on the order. The kitchen was a mess, dirty: workers hads in everything, ham, cheese, eges, cooking pots all at once.. very disgusting, the place was dirty, the sandwich we got I won’t give to my dog. The manager apologized, but it didn’t change the fact. I don’t recommend this place.

Great sandwiches, soups and salads. I love the ability to combine soups or sandwiches and salad. Good quality. My favorite is the tomato bisque soup and I don’t like tomato soup! Generally I stay away from the pastries. They look wonderful but when I’ve tried them they tend to be dry. Just my limited experience.

Shouldn’t a “Grilled cheese “ be grilled!!!????
Im home sick with a “common cold”. For comfort , I ordered grilled cheese and tomato soup from Panera. The soup was great as usual, but couldn’t say the same for the cheese sandwich. Yes, that’s what I got was a cheese sandwich because it was NOT Grilled at all!!! I received 2 slices of white bread with melted cheese in the middle! I tried calling the store at 10:30 am to recommend that they turn up the grill before lunch rush, but of course no answer!! I’m Not at all happy – but was hungry so I ate 1/2 of the sandwich (clarification: I only ordered 1/2 a sandwich, so I only took 3 bites of the 1/2 sandwich) … Panera can do better!!!

There was a long hair melted into the cheese of my ciabatta cheesesteak. I am ashamed to admit that I pulled it out and still ate it. I was hungry. I am sorry. Will probably be coming back again.

The manager at this location goes above and beyond for the customers, Everytime. He welcomes everyone with a warm attitude and checks in when he can. Unfortunately I don’t know his name but I want his manager to know they’re lucky to have him.
