The app kept having errors and although it said order was complete, it never populated on their system. I told the counter girl with braided hair and she was super nice and helpful. Immediately asked what I ordered, how I wanted it made and had it made immediately. This was extremely helpful after I lost 25 minutes from the app error. Thank you for your high level service so I could make it to my meeting on time!

I used to get a Frontega Chicken sandwich all the time for past 10 years and I loved the bread it was on, the sauce, the chicken, everything.. I went thru drive thru for 1st time in several years and the sandwich didnt even taste the same. Bread was just a plain focaccia bread, not the onion bun of past. Chicken was very dried out and tough, and sauce was inedible, it was sooo spicy! Nothing like it was.
So I thought, Ill eat the cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. Well, bagel had NO crunch on it and they gave me plain cream cheese. It was awful.

⭐ 1 star — If I could give zero, I would.

I love Panera’s food, but this location is an absolute disaster. Every. Single. Time. The drive-thru is glacially slow — not because the line is long, but because the staff moves like they’re underwater. Even if you’re the only car in line, expect to sit there at least 10 minutes. Add one or two cars ahead of you, and you’re trapped for 20+. For soup and a sandwich.

Half the time the order is wrong — not customized, not complicated, just wrong. I don’t ask for substitutions, but somehow they still can’t manage to make their own menu items correctly.

And don’t even get me started on the payment process. Sometimes they have a tap reader, sometimes they “don’t,” but every time they insist on taking your phone to do Apple Pay — which is completely unnecessary and wildly inconsistent.

This place needs serious management attention. Panera’s food is great, but this location makes you regret ever craving it.

Negative 5. Whole point in ordering take out on the app , was to easy pick up through the drive thru. It was 1 soup. That’s it. Already paid online. I want soup. I’m sick. Have kids with me. Made me go inside to get it after I already waited in the drive thru for it. Then was told to come in. Told her sure , I’ll be right in. Then went inside nobody was there. Waited there. She came finally. Didn’t know where my food was. Food wasnt @ the register. Then had to find my order around the corner along the side of the wall on the bottom. I’m never ordering here again. Just hand me my bag through the window man. 10 min ordeal for what

Accuracy matters at this location. The hostess Danielle is very kind and excellent at customer service. The dining area was very clean and the lady that made my food did a fantastic job and she remembered me. I felt welcomed. My experience was what dining at an establishment should be. I will gladly frequent this Panera location. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

I never get acknowledged at the drive through when I come here past 5pm. Today I waited 5-10 minutes at the drive through for my take out order… no response whatsoever. When I went inside to pick it up, everyone behind the counter was involved in their own conversations and ignored me as I stood there. The employee, Kaylee, in particular was very rude and unprofessional, as she seemed extremely annoyed that I showed up at all. At least the other employees prioritized my concerns, but I did not like her attitude at all. The food was ok, but my experience here tonight has swayed my decision to come back here at all, sadly.

Panera woodhaven is consistently terrible! The staff taking your order has to also get drinks, bagels, bread etc…causing everyone to wait. They won’t open a second register. Coffee’s almost always empty- also creamer. The drive thru- ugh! You wait forever! Sometimes no one even comes to the window.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and as you can see from the picture the bowl i got was in half, seemed like they gave me someones left over food. I went straight from drive through inside the store and the manager on duty told me ” thats how it comes”, , i just asked them to make a new one, which they did, but the manager attitude and the other employees was like i was requesting something special. Even the new one they made doesnt look even close to what Panera promotes.
