Check your order! After going through the drive through and waiting over 20 minutes I made the mistake of driving off without checking my food. The food you do get is good but it takes forever and you don’t get utensils. This place is crazy expensive nowadays for a long wait and terrible service. This is my 3rd time in a row with a long wait and bad service before finally deciding to do a review.

The food is delicious. We had a Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with chicken. The atmosphere is always relaxing and safe. I would say most Panera Bread facilities, including this one, is a bit chilly when you eat inside.

By far the worst Panera bread around, they consistently screw up orders. The employees are clearly not trained to read the ticket in front of them when making an order. I have been given things I didn’t want or order, they have forgotten things on multiple occasions, you charge top dollar for your food and you need to train these franchise owners better, also maybe train them how to assemble your $15 dollar sandwiches so they don’t look like a sloppy mess and have the correct ingredients.

I generally wont write a bad review about a place unless I’ve had several bad experiences. The last THREE times I’ve been here I’ve ordered two bagels ahead of time for pick up. They mark the order as ready for pickup, and when I get there it’s not ready. I tell the pick up counter and they tell me it’s up front and that I have to go stand in line for it. By the time I get to the front of the line, they tell me they don’t have one of the bagels and offer a substitute, at which point I ask that they check the drive thru section, which has had the bagel every time. Just frustrating, at this point I’ll go out of my way to go to a different Panera

Not one person who worked there acknowledged that we had even walked in the door. We used the self service area to place our order. The food was good. The floors by the self serve drinks was extremely sticky and gross. My shoes were sticking to the floor!

The soup is one of my favorite choices here at Panera and it is so good. I enjoy the selection from the many sandwiches and soups to the pastries. There is always something to suit my mood. They halve Pepsi products as well as a selection of teas and coffees.

Bagel place with no bagels to sell. Out of 8 different flavors they had only 2 flavors to sell at 8:40am. When I asked sales person what time will they have more variety to sell she said they will not have anymore today. Very disappointing.
