We did a pickup order and went through the drive thru. We ordered for 3 people and one of staff members was rude to us. Overall my other friends got their food and were satisfied. I opened the wrapper of my food and food a small piece of hair on my pickle with the sandwich I ordered. I am not sure if this was intentional or not.

Cinnamon crunch bagels so bad at this place, they are small and have no cinnamon crunch topping. I get 1/2 the bagels sliced (asked for unsliced). I drive to the Canton Panera far from my house just to get nicer bagels. The bakers at the 5 mile /Beck have been disappointing 90%.

I frequent here with my colleagues about once or twice a month. The parking lot can be a pain. The building is kept mostly clean but the food quality isn’t amazing. I’ve noticed a dip over recent years.
The staff is helpful and friendly though. I’ll continue going here but it’s not my first choice.

Don’t trust cashier. Look at you Bill carefully. Got overcharged big time. Didn’t notice until later looking at receipt. Cashiers not trained or don’t care. Other better restaurants in the area. Overpriced, but really bad when charged wrong

Have been happy with service and food at this location for many years. However, a new hire (I would guess) needs to be trained on service to the customer. Entitled attitude, ignoring a customer at the counter after asking for a confirmation number of an online line order, then ignoring said customer (which seems to happen here more often than before) and then getting an attitude once the ignored customer gets upset, is not the way to bring in repeat customers. Staff needs to be trained that the customer always comes first and is never to be ignored regardless of online order, self order in the store or standing at the counter to order. I never did get my order by the way as the employee only cared about telling me to how to behave before I left. Highly disappointed that this behavior is acceptable for employees.

Food is good and decent portions. A little pricey but a lot better food that other fast food places. Music a little loud for my taste. I don’t like having to talk over the music. Service was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Today I picked up the Tuesday bagels later in the afternoon and they made fresh bagels. They were mostly cinnamon crunch bagels. They did an outstanding work baking this batch!
