Super clean, great service, manager was there around exit asking if all was well and satisfying which I felt nice that he allowed you to enjoy your lunch yet was obviously available if needed. First time picking up carryout here. Ordered a bread bowl soup amongst other things. After I went home I realized they did not give me the bread bowl. I came back and stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes. There were plenty of people working inside but no one was interested in helping me. After I spoke up they gave me the bread for the bread bowl. After I poured in the soup, it barely filled half the bowl. Now I understand why this place has bad reviews

Stopped for a breakfast sandwich. I was the only person in line. Took them two minutes to take my order. Went to the window and paid. Five minutes later, still waiting. Ten minutes later I asked for my money back because I was going to be late for work. The service there is terrible!
