Had the worst experience of any food outlet ever here! Very rude staff and manager!!

We went to a drive thru, were second in line, it took 10 mins for the customer in front of us to get their order.

We ordered 1 sandwich, 1 cup of brocolli cheddar soup, 1 cup of Mac n cheese and 1 bowl of tomato soup with extra croutons. We waited for 15 mins for our order at the counter, while we were watching all the associates chatting away in the back and cars lining up behind us. No big deal, happens sometimes I guess, finally we get a lady come up with our food. No apologies for the delay, either way, we ask her- ‘do you have the extra croutons inside?’, she responds ‘yes’ and we drive away.

We get home to see no croutons, no utensils and the bowl of tomato soup literally less than half full. HALF!

I call this location and ask to speak to the manager (she is the one who picked up), I explain everything that’s missing/ under filled with the order and also the fact that we waited 25 mins for our order with 1 person ahead of us. Her response- ‘Have you ever worked in the food industry sir?’. No apology! Just this snarky question. I ask her to get a bowl of soup ready for us as we are going to drive back and be there in 5 mins. She just hangs up!

We now reach the store- we ask the girl at the front counter to get the manager. She says, ‘our soup’s ready’. We asked to speak to the manager and then we will take the order after. She goes back to inform the manager and comes back to counter.
We are now just waiting for the manager to come talk to us. Not saying a single word to her, waiting left of the counter, just patiently waiting. This girl at the counter keeps rolling her eyes at us and keeps nudging us, ‘what are you trying to get out of this?’, ‘take your soup and go home’ and many many smart remarks. We have this whole thing on video by the way!

At this point, it’s been 15 mins and the manager still hasn’t found a minute to come talk to us as we very patiently wait and experience more rude behavior from the cashier.

Finally, the manager arrives, we talk to her as patiently as we possibly can after going through humiliation and terrible service.
We tell her, mistakes can happen but the least we expect is a small apology not more snark attitude.
At this point, she finally apologizes once while this cashier is still throwing snarky remarks in the back. She asks us ‘what do you want me to do?’ I said ‘nothing more, just give our food, but please do not disrespect your paying customers. We just wanted to make sure you understand our position, humiliation and frustration.’
As we walk away with our food, the cashier screams and laughs, in a high pitched mocking voice ‘sooooryyyyyyy sooryyyyyy’ repeatedly mocking us all while the manager allows this behavior and other customers watch.

If the owner of this franchise reads this- PLEASE TAKE ACTION! We have been ordering from Panera for years, we have also been to this location multiple times before- it’s always been a good experience but this one instance literally ruined Panera for us forever!
I have the entire video of the 15 mins we waited for the manager and talked to her, I would be glad to share it with you to review.

I did an online order and normally have great experience with this location, but I did not today. I paid $10 worth of fruit cups, which is two and got exactly 3 pieces of cantaloupe in each with a couple of shavings of pineapple.. It is lower than half the amount of the cup. This location is being very cheap with the fruit. In perspective $10 would’ve paid for a small tray of fruit anywhere else. I don’t know why it’s not letting me post a picture, but I really wish it was. If you guys contact me, I will gladly send you this photo. I called and I talked to who I believe was the manager and he did not seem to really care and did not really even help me whatsoever. He offered me to come up there and pick it up myself when I paid for the delivery. How is that helpful? I explained I have kids and that is actually why I ordered delivery. My son sandwich was actually cold when I pulled it out, and that was the first thing I noticed it didn’t even feel warm whatsoever. No problem, I can heat it up. And then my avocado toast didn’t have tomatoes which whatever not surprised it happens. But the amount of fruit in these cups is a sick joke. Again, I’ve never had really any issues with this location, Especially not them not fixing it but seeing all the recent reviews might be time to pay a visit corporate.

Come on now , the quality has dropped but the prices haven’t , thinner than a quarter yet Panera has figured out a way. Now we’re cutting corners, I’ve watched the quality degrade over time. But this is by far the worst. The cats won’t even eat it.

Roughly 2 in 3 online orders have errors. And not little ones. Like all our sides are missing or the completely wrong entree. This has been consistent since the pandemic, which has let to a lot of frustration on our part. Staff at the pick up counter range from decent to (usually) mostly indifferent. I can’t remember the last time they apologized for the screw ups. The quality of the food is great, if over priced. The only reason we keep coming back is our kids love Panera. The adults can’t stand the service and general lack of care anymore. Also the parking lot entrance and exist is one of the worst in all of Livonia/Plymouth area.

Clean and cozy atmosphere because many Panera’s have chilly temperatures inside during winter, not this one. Kim (manager) got my order remade when she could have chosen not to, I appreciate the understanding and exception. Orders are also prepared fast!

Ordered a turkey and cheddar sandwich with greens, onion, and mayo with no tomatoes. I get home and I see a sandwich with barely any cheese, any onion, and no mayo. This sandwich was $10. I’ve worked in the food industry AND at a Panera myself and would NEVER serve this to anyone. Just do yourself a favor and eat inside so if they mess anything up you can talk with them directly, I’ve already submitted a complaint to corporate.

I don’t mind Panera as a chain, and even have ordered the chicken avocado sandwich a few times now. But I am curious how a bowl of Mac and cheese ends up at 12$

Not bad food! ..but it feels overpriced for a coffee diner.

The food is good, although the ingredients can be slightly inconsistent. I’ve been here twice in the last week and got both bagel stacks. The dudes who took my order, Chris and another guy without a name tag, were both really chill and obviously cared about their jobs.

Trying a new restaurant location out. Panera Bread on point . We ordered a couple of soup bread bowls . Broccoli cheddar to go in it. A piece of Baguette bread to dip in soup . We each had a sandwich 2. ( turkey bravado)Tomato bread , deli turkey, cheddar cheese , sliced tomatoes , lettuce n special sauce. Great service n nice people . I love Panera , Panera changes up their menu yes but other than that, Their drinks are one of the best and literally enjoyed chai earlier from them which haven’t in a while but please go and see for yourself. They are absolutely the best in the city for coffee and tea weather they have changed up their recipes or not.
