I ordered a half Greek salad, bowl of broccoli and cheese soup, and a 16oz mango smoothie. The wait was long but that was not the problem I had. My problem was my 16oz mango smoothie, it had lots of ice in it and it took longer than my food to receive. My smoothie cup was not a 16 oz and my smoothie was hard to drink due to the ice. It was more ice in the cup but I tossed it out thinking it will make it smooth to drink. I seriously believe it was done on purpose by the cashier. My food that was completed by the prep cooks was good and I have no complaints in that area.

I made the mistake of asking for light garlic aioli but I guess that was an employees funny opportunity to completely drench it with the sauce and make it inedible! Barely been an hour and the whole sandwich was soaked. The bag also had a bunch of mayonnaise all over it, I should’ve known. I will be asking for a refund as soon as I can. When I say this sandwich was drenched in garlic aioli I’m not exaggerating! These employees don’t take kindly to small modifications. Keeping this for a record with my bank.

do not come here. the service is awful, and there is a hair in my food. all food came cold, they forgot our drink, soup, and fruit cups, the fruit cups took 15 minutes after our order was “done”….. they also messed up two orders infront of us. the bowl my soup is in is also dirty.

The food was really good but the service at this location is slow. I wouldn’t go here if I were in a hurry. They also don’t keep things really clean inside – not sure if they’re just short handed. But the food is always great. The steak sandwich is my favorite.

I can’t comment on the atmosphere or the service because my husband picked up soup for me for dinner tonight. I will comment on the soup though it was supposed to be broccoli and cheddar. It might have been a dash of cheddar and a pinch of broccoli the rest was water. Bummer I wasn’t feeling well today and thought a dishes soup would make me feel better : (

This place is usually hard to find a table that does not have crumbs on it and you have to wipe yourself. My last trip was particularly gross. The entrance doors were filthy, there was no one to take our order so we tried the kiosk and that was filthy, and hard to use, and since the weather was so nice we decided to eat outside. We walked out the side door and it locked us out. Very poorly run place. Very disappointed. I can see this one going the way of the one in Westland which is no more.

The food did not taste bad. Had a gift card, I don’t ever eat here. The price was crazy high, I had a gift card yes, but the prices are crazy compared to portion size. The wait was 22 mins for a sandwich. Go to an actual restaurant and get a real meal for less money. I would rather have given the gift card away than gone here. The rating was low due to the business model and not a reflection of the employees. If you read this as an hourly employee you should think about a job somewhere else, you are worth more than what you receive.

The absolute worst experience. I will never come here again. I only went at the behest of a family member who loves their food and wanted me to pick it up. Incredibly overpriced, denied that there was a one dollar soup promotion even though it stated on their website. Then waited 33 minutes until I went in to get my food and the order was wrong and there was no napkins or utensils. I had to go back in a second time. I get it, things happen, people get overwhelmed with their jobs and the volume of people, but no apologies no smiles and horrible customer service. I doubt anybody of authority who owns this franchise branch will read this, but they should have a serious conversation about the very basic soft skills of Customer service. I would be happy and never writing this review if they had looked me in the eye at all, and just said I’m so sorry and owned it.

I ordered chicken noodle soup the big $8 bowl of it and I’m sick. Got home there was literally 2 noodles and barely any chicken all broth. For this I would’ve gotten Campbell chicken noodle soup where I know it’s good cheap and packed with what I paid for!

This is legitimately the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. I ordered 2 sandwiches, and it took 45 minutes for them to make them. I’ve had simialr experiences ordering ahead through the app. Rapid pick up says its ready, only for it to be another 15 minutes. This is a clear example of a corporate entity not caring about a location. They are understaffed to oblivion.
