Have not found a bad Panera yet. Staff is always friendly. Biggest complaint with Panera in general. People are pigs and just leave dishes and trays on the table. Clean your table/booth before leaving. The trash area is poorly designed. Plates, bowls, trays are always piled up.

Served soup and salad with no spoon or bread. There was a romaine stem in my salad– large enough to choke on and hard enough to break a tooth or crown approximately the diameter of a quarter and one inch long. On a very limited lunch break so I asked for utensils and bread, ate my food and brought the romaine stem to the manger. Sabrina smiled and said I’m sorry after I said, politely, this is my first time at Panera and is my last. She grinned and said, “what do you want me to do about it.” I said, a better lunch that I paid for.

Here at the Panera bread store. None of their spicy sandwiches are available which is what I wanted. I ordered a “U Pick 2” and it doesn’t come with the regular Italian bread it usually does because they are out (I thought this was Panera BREAD). So they instead offered an apple or chips, neither of which are appealing. I wanted the normal bread to dip into my soup, so when I asked if I could get a different type of bread for the side I was told that they can’t do that. So i guess I’m getting some sad chips.

Really good food, pastries, and coffee, as always. Nice spot to hang out solo, in pairs, or even groups. Service was not particularly friendly on my last visit…several staff just seemed annoyed and zero smile or gratitude for the patronage.

I just spent $11 on a bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup with bread to dip in it, and this is all I received. I guess all the employees were too busy chatting to pay attention. No bread included, and such a miniscule amount of soup. Very disappointing.

Every time I walk in there are a plethora of wonderful mouth watering smells that also matches the taste of the food. Definitely love the soups. Good place to sit back eat and be productive on the laptop.

Panera stopped being a good spot to eat at in like 2012. overpriced, tiny portions, and they seem to be in random spots. youre either 15 20 min away or youre like 45 min away from the nearest Panera.

Looks like they didn’t have anything I ordered so they just gave me whatever they had. Only thing they got right out of a $55 order was the 2 bread bowls (got Mac and cheese instead of broccoli cheddar soup). If they would have just called me I would have switched my order. But what good is a bread bowl for Mac and cheese!?!?!?!!
