I don’t go to Panera regularly…I used the kiosk to order my food. It asked me to use a pager…or if there wasn’t one available to put in my name…I used my name and waited 15-20 mins for soup and a salad…go to the front counter and ask about my food….was told of your food is ready it will be around the corner…my food was already there and soup cold. There is no sign that said “pick up food here”…no one called our name and there’s a total of 3 people in the whole place. I find this crazy as the kiosk said to wait to be called and was never called for.

Person running the food pickup counter was rushed and rude, all the light fixtures over the food prep area are covered in dust and cobwebs. Place just hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time.

1 out of 4 times when you come in, you have to use the kiosk because the registers are closed. The help is friendly beyond expectations. Breeian was very helpful!

This Panera was out of basal, mixed greens, some bread. I asked for no tomatoes, cilantro (replacing basal), and French baguette. My sandwich came with tomatoes and 1 leaf of cilantro on each sandwich. I asked them to add more cilantro and they replied that they were out of cilantro and couldn’t remake my sandwich because it was 1/2 hour before closing. I go here a lot but this is the first time in a long time that this has happened.

I go to Panera bread twice a week and I avoid this one like the plague if possible. They are the slowest one I’ve been too no matter when I go there. Always takes 15 to 20 minutes. Today I went just for drinks. I got in drive through line because it was just drinks. Thought it would be ready pretty quick and there was no line. I got scolded at the drive through order for getting in line before it was ready. One person in front of me and 15 minutes later, my order was ready before I pulled up. I was handed my gallon of green tea by a general manager. It usually comes with cups. He did not hand me any which is fine so I asked for cups and lids. He handed me the cups only. I asked for lids and straws and he looked so annoyed, like he was holding back saying something rude. I felt like I did something wrong. Mind you I wasn’t asking for a favor. I am a paying customer and made to feel like I was bugging the general manager working there. Well, sorry about that. Certainly won’t come there again and bother anyone asking for your repeatedly terrible and slow service. I’ll go somewhere else.

Staff was great, really friendly and there is the ability to skip the line with the Fast Lane Kiosks. Food was on point. However the men’s bathroom needs a refresh; the caulk around the urinal and sink is pretty dirty and there is paper towel (or something) on the wall above the door.
