Much better franchise than the other one on Plymouth, although this one not as accessible to students on north campus. Bright and airy with clean table tops.

soup was not hot. toppings were not crispy. there was a gnat in my sandwich. was not given a refund for it– only offered a new sandwich. which i didn’t want because of the bug in the previous sandwich. very disappointed especially with it being such a new business.

At 5 pm I waited 32 minutes from when I placed my drive through order to receiving my food. 18 of that was while I was at the window, with no one in front of me. I ordered a half grilled cheese and small tomato soup and it took 32 minutes. I tried to get a baguette side, they were out of baguettes. Tried to get a smoothie, they were out of spinach. Ended up with a very brown inedible apple. After leaving me at the drivethru with no updates for 12 of the 18 minutes, they did give me a free muffin though.

Very slow service. Soup was luke warm. Ordered a bowl of soup and portion was about the size of a cup.

I went to this Panera at 4pm on a Tuesday. I ordered a full Green Goddess Cob salad with no chicken and a mango lemonade. I was charged 17.89! What did I get for almost 20 bucks a basic salad with no chicken no avocad bc they had no avocado that day and it’s a big part of the salad, a free bag of chips and a lemonade. I was 1st in line at the drive through. I had to wait almost 10 min to get my order. So disappointed. They charge too much for what you actually get and the wait time was ridiculous

The last three salads I’ve ordered have been missing avocado. This new location on Plymouth Rd has not had avocados for a good couple weeks and they make no concession other than so say, sorry we’re out of avocado. Also, don’t be fooled by the half versus whole salad. The half salads have the same amount of everything. In fact, the full size salads I’ve ordered to go actually have had less chicken than the half size. This new location needs to get their act together. I paid a lot of money for a salad that was mostly lettuce. Ver disappointed.

Ann Arbor Plymouth Road Panera was an excellent choice for my dinner. I love their Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich and their Brocculi Cheddar Soup. For dessert I got an Orange Scone. This is an easy location from I-23S. Lots of options available here for dine in or take out. Covid Protocols are being used. Handicap Accessible. Beautiful Ambiance, soft lighting.

Panera offers healthy food that tastes great. Portions are generous, too. My friend & I ordered an Asian salad & a chicken sandwich. That plus 2 specialty coffees made a decent enough dinner for us. My only critique of Panera is that you order the food, then have to come up to the delivery counter when your buzzer goes off. Our order took three trips back & forth to bring the food & drinks to our table. It seems only reasonable that if Panera makes the customer pick up their food, they should at least supply trays so you can carry everything in one trip.
