Honestly I will say, I will now be checking my bag after I get my food, but 100%, by far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food. After a long day at school and work, I order a simple BLT and Bacon Mac n Cheese bread bowl. Three people order after me, all three get there food before me… I ended up waiting 19 minutes at 7:40pm barely anyone in the store, My name gets finally called, and they call me Christina. I wish I was making this up! My name is Christian. I live 25 minutes away and it’s already 8:20pm. I get home and they forgot the entire Mac n Cheese. Took them 20 minutes to mess my order up. I talk on the phone with a manger and politely ask if there is anyway I can come in the morning on my way into work. He tells me I have to come tonight before they close to have it remade. I honestly can’t believe I drove back, I get there and I wait an additional 8 minutes, they didn’t even have it ready, and no issued apology. Safe to say there is zero chance I will ever step foot in there again good lord.

I ordered a “Pick 2” with broccoli cheese soup and a half chicken salad sandwich. My soup was lukewarm and half full, and there was so little chicken salad in the sandwich that I couldn’t even taste it between the greens and the tomato. My husband’s whole chicken salad sandwich was the same story. This food is not inexpensive. Over $20, and we left still hungry.

The bread was super soft , not stale at all. Breakfast wasn’t over yet but we were able to get soup anyway because they had it ready. Fire place was on and warm
The bread was the best part. The one we usually frequent always has stale baguettes. After online coupons applied 2 people ate for $16.

I’ve had consistently bad experiences at this Panera Bread location, mainly due to how poorly it seems to be staffed and managed. Every time I come in, they are clearly short-staffed and running behind. Orders take much longer than they should, and the same employees are always there trying to handle everything at once. It’s obvious they’re overworked and stretched way too thin.
What really shocked me was witnessing an employee pass out and have a seizure while working. That was extremely upsetting to see and made it clear just how overwhelmed and unsupported the staff are. No one should be pushed to that point at their workplace.
This location needs better management and staffing support. The workers seem to be doing their best under very stressful conditions, but the lack of support is hurting both employees and customers. Until serious changes are made, I can’t recommend this location.

Honestly incredibly slow service even though I ordered soup and a bagel. Which apparently the bagel is premade since they said they couldn’t adjust the amount of cream cheese to be less than normal. For 2 premade items, you’d think it would take less time!

I love this location! The girl in the morning at the front counter. I wish I could temper her name she’s a beautiful girl with black burly hair and glasses. She’s so attentive and kind. The manager he’s absolutely amazing too.

$18 for half a sandwich and half a salad. Pretty shocking. The food was good. It felt like they really want you to order online or on their tablets. The counter help was hesitant. The eating space was huge, open and bright. I liked it. I assume they just had a rush. There were not many people when I got there but quite a backup of dishes. Food prep time was good. I would return but try to pay more attention to keeping costs down.

I’ve been to waffle houses with better food and cleaner facilities than this Panera bread. I came with my family on a Sunday evening and the floors were sticky and most of the food was sold out to start. Next when I used the bathrooms the floors were also sticky, toilet paper on the floors in both stalls and there were dirty used panties in one of the paper bag bins on the wall Then when we ordered in they had no plates. Just a below average experience. Save yourself the money and go to plum market next store and get better food , atmosphere and cleaner facilities.

The place is great for study with ample space. However, the food quality is a bit disappointing. They’re out of avocado most of the time (my favorite is avocado chicken melt) and chicken noodle soup is on saltier side. This morning I was surprised with chicken noodle soup that DIDN’T have any noodles! I love the convenience of the location and space and their coffee. However, food is always a bit disappointing here sadly.
