Disgusting and dirty! I think Panera’s business plan is to do the least amount of cleaning as possible. Even at a new location the tables were covered in crumbs and other food. I’m a vegetarian and ordered a Greek salad that ended up having chicken pieces mixed in with the feta cheese. This happened on another occasion and I’m officially done with Panera. Service was also painfully slow.

Everyday my wife orders a Large Vanilla cream cold brew. Sometimes twice a day. 9/10 they make her drink incorrectly. Either they make a regular instead of a large, or they make the almond version of this drink instead of the words that are printed on the slip that prints for them when the order is placed which states, “large vanilla cream cold brew”. We unfortunately spend too much time waiting around for the drink to be remade, it’s rough man. The fact that this happens no matter what time of the day we come or even what day of the week we come, blows my mind. Please educate ALL employees that not only does this drink come in two sizes(large & regular), but also can be made in two different ways (one has almond milk & the other has half/half). The reason I say this is because they always look at me dumbfounded, every single one of them, when I say there are 2 sizes or two ways to make it. The staff is great, just very uneducated. Please fix. Thank you!

I do not like the new location. They got rid of the carpet and fireplace. High ceiling and it’s just a box. That makes it loud and cold. No longer welcoming and cozy. Seats are high compared to tables. My heels don’t touch the floor, and you may find yourself leaning down toward the table when eating. The other thing is they got rid of their easy over egg. Now it’s scrambled eggs only. These eggs come from a carton and have added ingredients, like many processed foods. I only want eggs. I will not be coming for breakfast as anymore.
