This is a great place to get food and drinks! Interior is spacious and cozy! Place is clean and well taken care of! All items on the menu are delicious Bread bowl soup is a must! Lattes are also great! Chai lattes are tasty! And chicken sandwich was wonderful. Will be coming back soon

Attitudes are not the best here, could use training on great customer service. Silverware was dirty. Had to ask for clean.
Ordered a salad, had to ask for dressing.
They did not offer me a cup, while I was waiting to get my meal. Training is needed. Food was great. Robin was excellent.

This place has all the most delicious kinds of soups and sandwiches Their quality is always great. Their bakery has all the pastries and tasty fresh bread and baguettes baked daily. Service is friendly and quick. It gets busy sometimes, but there are usually seats. Place is spacious and has good interior. Overall it’s a great family experience and definitely recommend to come visit with friends and family.

I give this location 5 stars because of ONE employee, Shaun. She is so sincere, always considerate, and goes the extra mile every time. They were so busy and short staffed this morning. I ordered at the kiosk. They were out of soufflés, so when I went to the counter, she said, “Pick whatever you want.” I picked the BLT sandwich saying, “I’ll give the bacon to my dog!” She brought out the sandwich to my table, with the bacon in a cup on the side. When I mentioned we didn’t have our bakery items yet, even though it was the cashier’s job to have gotten them, she said, “Stay seated, I’ll get them for you.” This is about the fifth time in six months that I’ve noticed her outstanding customer service. Well done, Shaun and Thank you!

Skip the Asiago Croissant Twists. The buttery sweetness of the croissant doesn’t pair well with the dry Asiago. It comes off Pillsbury.

It was around 7:30am when I was there. The food was ok, the souffle seemed somewhat old but the bagel was good. The lady that was working the drive through helped me at the counter and was very nice. I asked for the bagel to be toasted, mainly my fault for not choosing that option at the keyiosk. She was double dutying so she asked a girl behind her in the kitchen to toast it. The kitchen girl was totally uninterested in being there. About 10 min went by and I tried to call out to the girl to find out about the bagel. No response didn’t even look at me. She had air pods in maybe that’s why, but why use them at work.?

Management needs to do something about staffing. The evening ordertaker for the drive thru always sounds sad and depressed. Last two times I attempted to purchase something from the drive thru I’ve had to get out of the line because of the ridiculously long wait time. The last time I was able to get coffee from the drive thru it was barely warm. I don’t know how you can pour someone a coffee into a paper cup and not realize it’s cooled off significantly.

May 2023 … This location was a bank that Panera Bread has done a beautiful job transforming into its newest store. The restaurant is an architectural winner and a great destination. (Great Vibe) My experience is that whether dining in or going through the drive-through the food is prepared quickly and made to order. No disappointments here.

My family and I were SO impressed with this location. The store was clean, the food delicious and the staff friendly. A female manager (wish I’d caught her name) just went above and beyond to make sure our needs were exceeded!

5 stars for cleanliness. 5 stars for lady at register saying “good morning” as I walked past headed to the rapid pick up.
Kitchen is very visible from customer area and I’m not used to that at Panera, usually the counter is too high for me to see over.
Staff seems attentive to each customer that comes thru. Customers seem like regulars and are happy.
My wait was a lot shorter than at my usual Panera, so I’m satisfied.
