Today I ordered an Apple Fugi salad and a Turkey Bravo sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good but I was given old lettuce that hadn’t been washed. You could see the dirt on some of the lettuce. With everything being overpriced, I would expect the food to at least be right. Vegetables need to be washed before cutting and serving.

The place was a bit messy. I had the Baja Bowl with chicken. It was really good! EDIT: ordered the Mediterranean Bowl tonight and only received about half a bowlful. Tasted great, but what a skimpy portion for $12.50. I wish this location was more consistent with quality and portion control.

I come to this location usually once every other week for a bagel and cream cheese through the drive thru, last few times I’ve gotten the bagel but not the cream cheese. Not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient when I have to get out of the car to go back in and grab it

It was definitely a little tricuspid that I waited 40 minutes for my food, food was decent but I definitely won’t be returning to this location again. One of the workers who looked like a manager, looked like she was about to cry from the disrespect of the other employees. It was just kind of sad.

I go here for lunch often, but I unfortunately can’t anymore. The food is always good but the service is incredibly slow and I’m on limited time. It took 20 minutes to get a sandwich today. Through the drive thru window, I saw 3 people standing with their arms crossed, watching people work. They need some managerial help at this location

Ordered delivery today from this location and my salad was terrible. I shouldn’t have to remove old/black lettuce with every bite. I ended up not finishing it. I imagine, and understand these salads to go are most likely pre made and used through a certain time frame, but you have to do better with your turn over time or make the order fresh even for carry out/ delivery. This was gross. It was a half bbq chicken salad. The onion “crisps” were even soggy and old.
