Well, I just had such a wonderful experience at Panera Bread the other day, I simply had to share! Honestly, from the minute I stepped foot in there, the folks working were just so incredibly attentive, really on the ball. They were really helpful and friendly, and honestly, they even took a second to ask how I was doing, with the weather and everything. It was just a thoughtful touch, one of those little things that really makes a big difference, and you don’t always get that these days, do you?
Then, when it came time for the food, well, everything was simply delicious! I got myself some super yummy mac and cheese, and that chicken, avocado, and bacon sandwich on rustic white with arugula and cheese? Oh my goodness, let me tell you, that was absolutely spot on, just bursting with flavor! And for drinks, that Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea I refilled from the self-serve was totally clutch. So incredibly thirst-quenching, exactly what I needed.
The whole place was sparkling clean too, which I always notice and really appreciate. But I really, really have to give a huge shoutout to the young lady who rang me up. She was just fantastic, genuinely had the most awesome customer service attitude, and such a great personality! You can tell there’s a really good vibe with the whole team there. It just feels so welcoming. I’ll for sure be heading back to this Panera, no doubt about it!

I’ve been here several times recently and ordered a bread bowl with broccoli cheese soup yesterday. Service is excellent here. Jalen specifically is mentioned for his expertise and professionalism. Love the fireplace great place to hangout and warm up with a warm meal.

There food is great… When you can get it. TOO often you order via their company rapid pick up app, and you get to the store to find out they don’t have an item. Now they have a new inconvenience. For weeks they keep items on the menu, like you can order it. Only for you to get there and they say “o we don’t sell that anymore”. This is the latest story with white miche loaves though you can still order and pay for it.

I usually am never disappointed in Panera with their service or food but today hit the jackpot for both. Not only did my drive thru order take 20+ minutes (for 3 items) but my items weren’t even correct!!! My grilled cheese was not even grilled and my salad, which I got the southwest chicken salad with the chicken on the side, didn’t come with cilantro, avocado or corn. Literally just tomato’s, lettuce and tortilla chips. Don’t get me wrong my orders are hardly ever wrong but today just hit a nerve and I’m disappointed because I spent well over $30 for items that weren’t correct or good. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!!

Very clean and cozy. I am a big fan of Paneras cafe lattes and chicken avocado sandwiches. The soups are always good too. Enjoyed the French onion soup in the bread bowl. Pretty friendly and fast service

I cannot believe how slow this drive thru line is for breakfast. 30 MINS wait in a drive thru line behind TWO cars. Never come here. No wonder they are always empty compared to starbucks.

The store was very clean, and the workers were fast and friendly. I ordered a grilled cheese and a baguette, but I had to wait for a while for my order. I kept checking to make sure my name wasn’t being called, but eventually, I saw my order and asked the employee if he had called my name. I wanted to apologize if I had missed it. Unfortunately, he responded rudely, telling me to clean my ears, even though I had been constantly checking. And my grilled cheese looked horrible upon opening.

Always friendly staff, clean seating area, open and spacious. But it’s standard to any other panera. But very friendly staff, always kind and courtes to others. Foods always fresh. Bathrooms cleaned. Alot of people come here and study.

Came with a group of people .I ordered first. Simple sandwich. Other people in my group got their food and ate before my order came up. Went up to talk to someone and told them I was waiting for over 25 minutes was told will get to it when we get to it. Said he would call out when it was done. Went back up 10 min later was sitting on counter no one called. Waiting over 35 min from ordering while drive through was getting served first.

It was confusing entertaining the restaurant. It took me a minute to figure out how to use the kiosk. I wanted a long time for my food. Store was very busy with take out orders. The atmosphere was nothing special. Felt like an interesting hot spot. Not what I remember from my last visit.
