Don’t waste your money or your time. This location loves to mess up orders pretty consistently by not including items. Our orders contain, on average, four to five items. We aren’t placing huge, complex orders. I’d love to say this is an isolated occurrence but it’s not. The location in Rochester Hills never has an issue so it seems the problem is specific to this location. Management needs to put a better process in place to ensure orders are accurate and they need to slow down and check DoorDash orders before they’re sent out. According to the receipt taped to my bag orders should be double checked and inspected prior to being sent out. Why is this not happening?

The service is terrible. Every time I come here my order is never ready even though they send me an email saying it’s ready. The last time I came my bag was wide open and wasn’t even tagged. Whoever is working rapid pick up during the day really needs to be moved to a different position because she’s trash. Take your AirPods out of both ears and do something. I’m so tired of this location. I only have a problem at this location. This is starting to be ridiculous and I can’t keep coming back

I always come to this restaurant. I come through the drive through and I was helped I got the pick two . I got salad and sandwich. I got to the window and paid I waited like 20 mins for my food and then got the wrong sandwich.

Would have been 5 stars but the long wait was the painful part. First time ever at the location caught them 11 minutes before lunch started (10:30) but they started the soups for me. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order… She told me 20 minutes in the soup was getting done with thanks for my patience. I was really patient and kind at first, but then when I moved myself to the appropriate area for waiting I FINALLY received my food. I didn’t receive any kind of reimbursement or credit for my long wait just an apology. Meanwhile my family was outside waiting very patiently for our order…

This Panera is so amazing!!! The cashier really went out of her way for me. I’m 13 weeks pregnant and have been craving a salt bagel for the past week. I finally found out Panera had them and came in and they were out!! I was so disappointed. The lady at the register made me 2!!! Bless her!!! I have never been more satisfied. Will always come here!
