Personally, I enjoy bread so much and Panera bread justified the freshness of bread! Soups, sandwiches and salads are good. Flatbread pizza quantity is pretty good and tastes great too. Quick service and plenty of space for dine-in!

This is a great place with equally great food; I have never been served a meal I didn’t like. I don’t know it’s just because I’ve gotten older but the meals seem a bit pricey given how little food you’re actually served. I’d say don’t come here on an empty stomach. Also, I think as of the time of publishing this review, they are going through a rebrand, so the atmosphere has certainly changed. It seems less niche and elegant and more unrefined and broad (I’m assuming that’s the intent of this rebrand, and obviously being more broad is advantageous from a business standpoint usually, but it’s not my favorite. I am not usually one to go to restaurants for the “atmosphere” anyway.) In short, they specialize in bread, and you will always be served good bread here.

They have incredibly unprofessional delivery. They do not have drivers, so they order them from Door Dash. We had a Faculty meeting at 12:00. My order should be delivered at 11:30-11:45, but it arrived at 1:00 pm after everyone left.

Love the food. Soups are fantastic and bread too. The tea options in the drink are really refreshing. Ideal place to have a light quite dinner. Location is great and lot’s of places to roam around. Tried chicken noodle soup it was really good. Not too salty which was perfect.

I have never been inside this Panera before and it was a very bad experience. I didn’t realize with the different foods I ordered they wouldn’t all be in one bag and would be in separate bags at different counters. I let one of the gentleman near me who was a worker know that I was still missing a bagel and my coffee. He told me it would be at a different counter directed me that way I went to grab the bag assuming it was mine and he snatched it away from me saying that wasn’t mine. He made my coffee took my receipt with everything I ordered and then handed me my bagel and drink and didn’t say another word. I said thank you and continued to walk out as he still didn’t acknowledge my thank you and just proceeded to help the guy next to me. He gave me a plain bagel when I ordered a chocolate chip bagel but his attitude and demeanor towards me for not even realizing I was just at the wrong counter for my bagel made me not even want to walk in to get the correct bagel. People who act like this are the reason people have social anxiety and don’t like going into restaurants/fast food. It takes one time to be treated poorly for someone to never go back to that business.

Generally mostly happy with the service here. Tuesday bagels are a great deal. Pick 2 here was a serious disappointment as the sandwich was smaller than what I received at other Panera locations and the soup was far from full.

A good place to have food and work as well. The seating is good and there’s a lot of space. The internet connection is good as well. They also run some offers for free beverages for some limited time. like their sandwiches, Mac and cheese, croissants and coffee.
