I like the location here. However, I have waited for a while on my food even though I have made a pretty easy selection of “pick 2” dishes. Bread that came with soup and salad was so overroasted and hard. It was basically uneatable. Salad was very simple, made very quickly without paying too much attention to it.

I regret coming here everytime but this time was exceptionally bad. Ordered a Greek salad. Recieved a half portion charged over 15.00 absolutely ridiculous and salad was brown. Very bad experience…..I just want a refund honestly

One of the worst Panera experiences I’ve ever had. First I pulled to the drive through where the worker asked me to hold on for one minute. 12 minutes later I pulled around and went inside there I counted 8 people working and only 3 other customers inside. I ordered a full Cesar salad and received about half of a salad where the lettuce was more brown than green and only filled up about half the container. There was enough sprinkled cheese on it, but no croutons. The threw the dressing containers on the inside of the plastic (gross considering I watched Jason wipe his nose 3 separate times and then touch my food). I also ordered a bowl of cream of chicken and wild rice soup and what I got was a buttery water base with 3 carrots and about 2 spoonfuls of rice. I also ordered the baguettes and was told they didn’t have them. When I asked if I could get a bread bowl amazingly someone pulled about a 3 inch baguette out and threw a bag of chips in with it. I return the chips and said I didn’t order chips, but if there was no bread left I would take an apple. I got a rolling of the eyes and an apple about the size of a prune thrown at me. I get that I came I 1 hours before closing, but if you don’t have the food then state you don’t have it. And if you don’t like your job get a new one. I’ll never go back here again and it will be a long time before I return to a Panera. I should have kept my $16.

Love love love Panera but the laziness they put into slicing bagels feels disrespectful half the time I’m taking these to work and don’t even have a real knife so it’s just eating uncut bagels basically. I’ve started to rip them apart and just dip the bagel pieces into the cream cheese. We learn to adapt I guess. 3 stars cuz they still taste good but I’ll bring it back to 5 when I get some bagels cut right for once

What a delight Ethan is! It was such a treat today to come in and be treated so well by someone who clearly cares about customer service and having our order taken care of in a timely fashion. It was a breath of fresh air in all of my recent Panera sips club experiences. Please keep him around!

Delicious salad and pizza! Had never had their pizza before and so glad I did try it. The strawberry salad was so yummy!! The only thing that could be better are workers that would clean the tables and around the drink stand.

Went this morning and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese ciabatta sandwich. Got to work, they are getting cheaper and cheaper. No bacon slices but a small cluster of bacon bits on the sandwich. Totally unacceptable. Very very disappointed in this oanera. Getting worse every time I go which is a lot as it is right in the same parking lot as my work. And prices just keep soaring. Seriously Bacon BITS

Good food, love ordering at a tablet when you walk in and sitting. It takes the pressure off of dealing with a server and knowing what you want. The juice is good and the Thai spicy salad is spicy but not too spicy. I always get the pick 2. My kids love the macaroni and cheese. It is pricey for two pick 2’s and 2 kid meals plus drinks. It was about 42 dollars. Well worth it.

I usually get three to six bagels, and some dips, for myself when I go. Today, the drive-thru attendant was named Ashley (according to this receipt). I got six Cinnamon Sugar bagels and two dips. Ashley let me know the Cinnamon Sugar tends to go stale faster, which was nice cause I always get bagels for later. Ashley was so nice, and I hope they have a great day today. A+ job, Ashley!
