To place in order inside of the restaurant, go to the left side of the restaurant. There are two self ordering tablets on the counter. Once the order is placed you can track it on your phone for when to pick up your order at the counter on the right. There are a bunch of seating options available. After you’re done eating take your items to the front where you find trash cans to dump the trash and to place the plates.

GM Mike was so rude. Never have I ever been so disrespected. There was a misunderstanding with our order. We wanted to order a cup of Mac instead of a bowl. Instead of trying to work it out he rudely said you ordered it you paid for it, that’s what you get. And that would have been fine if he’d have been respectful. Once it was over 2 employees apologized to me for his behavior and said he is the rudest manager.
Also the apples that came with the kids meal were brown, the food was cold. Will not be back.

I gave it two stars because the bread, basil and tomato were good. However there was literally NO bacon on my blt. It’s called a blt for a reason. You charged me like $12.00 for a meal of lettuce tomato and bread. # never again.

I am very disappointed with my salad. I got one for my husband and one for me. Same salad. My husband’s was all green mine was all iceberg and the lighter part in the middle. I’ve gone here other times and it was great but never to go, and I’m not sure I’ll go again unless my husband suggests it.

Everytime I try to give Panera a chance it always fails. Got to go order was given the wrong soup. And giving almost a whole avocado on a sandwich is wild. McAllisters will always be the go to.

They’ve been off their game lately. Either items are missing, like my chips or soup, or sandwiches either have so much sauce on them the bread is soggy & so runny I almost want to throw it away but I’ve already spent my money. Today I ordered the new steak sandwich & when I got home, there were no chips & the sandwich barely had any steak on it, just cheese & tomatoes. How do you make this sandwich & think this is fine???? I was so hungry, I’m glad I ordered an extra sandwich that they didn’t mess up or otherwise I’d be much more upset. Not expecting perfection or Michelin star food here, but can I at least get the sandwich I paid for? Get it together Panera.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your restaurant. I was disappointed to find that the ordering kiosks have been removed, which made the ordering process feel inefficient. I waited approximately eight minutes trying to get assistance, and during that time, other customers were served ahead of me even though I was waiting first.
Due to the delay and confusion, I chose to leave and instead visited Mr. Gatti’s near Greentree Mall, where I received excellent service and had my food within two minutes of entering.
I wanted to provide this feedback in hopes it may help improve the customer experience moving forward.

I like the location here. However, I have waited for a while on my food even though I have made a pretty easy selection of “pick 2” dishes. Bread that came with soup and salad was so overroasted and hard. It was basically uneatable. Salad was very simple, made very quickly without paying too much attention to it.
Coffee was really good but there was no milk available.
