Stopped by the Panera in Kokomo and was impressed by the size of the location. It’s not surrounded by a lot of busy businesses, which makes it easy to access with a drive-thru and plenty of parking (spacious parking spots too). The store was fairly clean during my visit, and the restrooms were also well maintained. I ordered bagels and was glad they came out just right and not burnt. Staff were friendly enough, though the service wasn’t anything extraordinary. I did notice they didn’t have a self-ordering tablet available, which could have made things a little smoother. Overall, a convenient stop with solid basics handled well.

First time ever eating here.Friend bought us a gift card for Christmas. Use the online ordering app carryout.Very easy simple to navigate. Wasnt expecting much.I was over the top impressed with the service. Very caring staff you can tell they appreciated that I chose their restaurant. Did two of the You pick two’s Wife got cup Autumn Squash soup Delicious!!!!1/2 Chicken Bacon Ranch Delicious!!!! I got the Potato soup Delicious!!!! and 1/2 Italiano Sandwich Toasted Delicious!!!!….And Chips(Kettle my favorite).They have just got theirselves two New Regular Customers. WE CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK ….☆☆☆☆☆

I went through the drive thru and was asked if I was done ordering after every item I ordered so I cut my order short because that’s super annoying and I figured they didn’t want me to order any more if they kept asking. I ordered 2 items…instead of “that’s all for you?” in an annoyed tone, ask “what else can I get for you?” in any other tone but annoyed. I felt like I was bothering the person taking my order by ordering a bagel and soufflé.

Changed container(s) for carryout salads. Same price and smaller portions. I order greek salad every time I get carryout, which is quite often throughout the years. The salad is made the same three out of five times. Panera is not like it used to be.

Went to drive through. Ordered new coffee and breakfast. Got told no to 3 food orders. Should I ask again on another item I don’t want? No. Just left with the coffee, and it’s terrible. Why did I just pay $5 for a shit coffee. I feel robbed. And the worst part is I’m hungry.

It was another great lunch meeting with a friend. I arrived early to read a little in a book I’m studying that has been hard to do around the kids. I enjoyed the peaceful environment and hearing the conversations around me. The only bad thing this visit was that their rewards system was down, and it was the only chance I had for my birthday reward, so now I won’t get one this year.

This isn’t about the workers at all! They was a super help when I ordered but my complaint is about paying $10 for this hardly nothing bowl with just egg sausage bacon and cheese and getting hardly nothing!!!!! I’ve not been here for years and now that I see how they do customers so wrong I’ll never be back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic way to run a business!!!!!!!!!!

They we’re out of bread bowels. The bread we got was not warm. The sandwich was just ok. The bathroom stahl was closed. But a good note, the bacon Mac and cheese was good
