This is the worst Panera bread location. They will mess up your order completely. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and the sandwich had everything but the chicken salad. The bread is so hard that it seems days old. Then on top of everything the manager has a bad attitude to deal after messing up everything.

Great service, a beautiful environment, perfect location. You will not be disappointed, a tad on the pricey side but nothing too bad. You can easily spend this much at your average fast food joint. I got a steak and Arugula sandwich and a cup of broccoli and cheddar soup. Delicious and the perfect amount of food!

Please train your staff on portion sizes. I never get a full portion or the chicken I’m paying extra for isn’t there. I know y’all are capable because the location on coliseum never has this issue. Paying 16-18 dollars on a bowl or salad – I expect the full portion size.

Tried to order a medaterrian sandwich but was out of several items. Didn’t have the soup we tried to order. No chips. Ordered Baja bowl. Didn’t fill half the bowl. Young man running the register was polite and friendly however the manager was not and let the line pile up. Very disappointed.

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich. I take the first bite and it is covered in a sauce. The menu mentions nothing if a sauce, so I ask for a new sandwich without sauce. I get a new sandwich. A few bites in and it is covered with pickled onion. The menu also does not mention this. The menu should tell me what I am getting.

Super friendly and helpful staff, doing their best to serve you well. The place, especially the tables were a bit messy though: pretty hard to find a table to eat, even if the place was pretty empty! Overall it was a great place to stop for a quick, warm lunch, while on the road.

Panera, you know I love you, but holy moly drop the “smoky buffalo chicken melt” from your menu. It’s not edible. Barely any chicken, a few crumbles of unmelted shredded cheese and a quick squirt of buffalo sauce? Every bite is 90% tough, toasted bread, but still somehow manages to offer a strange aftertaste. I took it home, added havarti cheese slices, Franks buffalo wing sauce and microwaved it, but still only managed to choke down half. Pitched the rest. So so gross.

We ordered a pickup, and it was ready on time, and the order was correct. We were even given a cookie that we didn’t order. The food is always good, and the only negative is that they were out of ciabatta bread, but that is really minor.

The guy who took my order was a bit rude. He said the food I chose had no spice to it, but it did. Then I waited for 5 minutes or so to get my food. And then when I got my food, it was a bit spicy (not what i wanted), and the bread they gave me with my meal was just thrown into the bag with no sort of wrapping.
