Placed an online order for the turkey cheddar sandwich that normally has mixed greens onions mayonnaise and salt and pepper on it I got a sandwich on the wrong bread with literally only a slice of cheese and turkey on it nothing else. If they ran out of ingredients within the time of us driving to pick it up informing us at THE WINDOW should’ve happened so we could’ve picked a different sandwich not gotten all the way home to open what ever sad excuse 0 effort replacement that is

Drive through order had very small soup portions. I paid for a larger portion then what was received in store. I also ordered a new salad offering that stated grilled chicken in the title. There was none in the salad. At this point I was home and couldn’t bring this to anyone’s attention. The food was great. Please check orders with more care.

Ordered breakfast online and they said it was ready, I show up and the food hasn’t even been made. Fine whatever, but the girl working was very sarcastic and didn’t seem to care when I asked her why they are telling me that my food is ready when it’s not. Very rude service and crappy overpriced food.

Food was delicious, close to the interstate, and fast service. We went around 12:30 and there was no seating available. Fortunately, the staff were very good at clearing tables quickly.

Great service, a beautiful environment, perfect location. You will not be disappointed, a tad on the pricey side but nothing too bad. You can easily spend this much at your average fast food joint. I got a steak and Arugula sandwich and a cup of broccoli and cheddar soup. Delicious and the perfect amount of food!

I placed an online order at the Panera on Dupont and waited about 20 minutes, which I understand can happen during busy times. However, when I asked the cashier, Lennox, about my order, their response was abrupt and unhelpful—they simply told me it was “around the wall.” After waiting a bit longer, I approached the counter again and was met with a rude “What do you need?” When I explained I was still waiting for my order, Lennox walked away without further assistance.
Thankfully, Becky, who was managing the drive-thru, overheard and immediately stepped in. She quickly put my order together and made sure I received it right away, even though it wasn’t her area. I really appreciated Becky’s professionalism and willingness to help—she understood the importance of good customer service.
I recommend additional training for Lennox on customer interaction and communication. Becky deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

Tried to order a medaterrian sandwich but was out of several items. Didn’t have the soup we tried to order. No chips. Ordered Baja bowl. Didn’t fill half the bowl. Young man running the register was polite and friendly however the manager was not and let the line pile up. Very disappointed.

Super friendly and helpful staff, doing their best to serve you well. The place, especially the tables were a bit messy though: pretty hard to find a table to eat, even if the place was pretty empty! Overall it was a great place to stop for a quick, warm lunch, while on the road.

Service was wonderful. The food was fast and super delicious as always. This is a really busy location but it has a quick turn over. If you can’t find a table just for a few minutes and one will open up. Don’t forget about the patio or the seats along the windows.

I tried the Strawberry Caprese salad and there was a total of six strawberries cut in half and no pecans. The dressing had very little taste. My daughter had the Fuji Chicken Apple salad and enjoyed it. Service was great but the dining area was not very clean at all. Lots of dirty tables and carpet.
