I usually order their chicken noodle soup in their bread bowl. From my past three visits it’s always been the same. Practically no chicken at all in the soup and maybe three slices of carrots with tons of broth and some curly noodles. If you’re going to sell chicken noodle soup, could you actually put some chicken meat in it? I was at one Panera bread in Phoenix, Arizona and they had the most wonderful pieces of chicken meat in the soup. Why should I spend $8 on something when I can go get a can of progresso and get more meat in it?.

This is a fairly good location with yummy food. However, the wait was unusually long for being late in the evening. The app showed they were out of certain bakery items, but I saw plenty of them when I got inside the store! The fireplace wasn’t on, and the restroom needed attention. Also, the coffee wasn’t hot.

I love being here . Breakfast at Panera always sounds good to me . Went there last week too . Took chipotle chicken Sandwich & brownie. My husband took caramel Latte & cream cheese bagels . Latte was heavenly good, but the chicken on sandwich could be a lil bit more well done .
Definitely coming back many more times .

Does everyone remember the good old days, maybe 7 or so years ago, when Panera was actually good quality? It has always been a bit pricey compared to other fast-food chain restaurants, but the trade off was a nice, quality salad, a good pastry, and some good bread.
Now though? It’s all frozen junk they heat in a microwave. Frozen doe, frozen pastries they don’t bake fresh in the morning anymore, poor quality lettuce, poor quality chicken and lunch meat, and on and on. Even the smoothies are just frozen junk with syrup now.
Every once and a while I will get tricked try it again and it only gets worse each time. Corporate sell outs who continue to cut corners in quality while raising prices. Those two should never inversely correlate.

Very kind, attentive staff. The restaurant was near immaculate considering it was 6pm and busy. This was a pleasant experience.

I go there and place a large to go order at least once every five weeks. There is a 40-ish year-old guy with a gray goatee that is very rude to customers. My order is always late, and this morning I was supposed to get two chipotle breakfast sandwiches and I ended up getting two bacon egg and cheese for a customer and I didn’t notice it until I got to my customer. Normally the order isn’t screwed up, but this guy is very rude to people and is always behind..

It was already sad enough to see what $50 here bought us, not to mention the disappointment at finding my salad was just iceberg lettuce, chicken and wonton strips… but then while trying to eat said salad found I spit out what seemed like paper or paper towel… in the pre packaged salad..? Super gross and just the cherry on top. Sounds like soup is the only thing worth getting at Panera and even that is still way over priced for the amount you get. Bummer

I’ve been stopping by Panera Bread almost every day this summer, thanks to their Unlimited Sip Club, which I joined at the beginning of the season. Before this, I wasn’t really a regular at Panera—honestly, I used to think it was too expensive. But the Sip Club pulled me in, and I’m so glad it did because I’ve discovered some real gems on their menu.

First off, the Mediterranean Veggie and Chipotle Chicken sandwiches have become my absolute favorites. The Mediterranean Veggie is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the tangy feta, hummus, and crisp veggies. On the other hand, the Chipotle Chicken packs just the right amount of spice and smokiness, with tender chicken and a deliciously creamy chipotle sauce that ties it all together. Both are consistently satisfying and have quickly become my go-to orders.

And let’s talk about the Mac and Cheese—it’s always on point. Creamy, rich, and comforting, it’s exactly what you want from a classic dish like this. It’s one of those items that never disappoints, no matter when you order it.

Beyond the food, I’ve found that Panera really does offer decent deals if you know where to look. The Sip Club, in particular, has been a great value for me. It’s encouraged me to explore the menu more and even grab a bite here more often than I expected.

Overall, Panera Bread has won me over this summer. From the consistently excellent sandwiches to the unbeatable comfort of their Mac and Cheese, it’s been a pleasant surprise all around. Highly recommend!
