Fantastic place to stop for lunch right outside Chicago and right off 65. Love the Mediterranean grain salad – so delicious! Lovely outdoor patio.

Placed order online went in and asked about the order was told they did not have it the manager who was a little rude had to push it through. I had also ordered a pastry to try and they did not have any. I asked for a credit to try them next time and another manager in back just said to refund me and was rude about that as well. The managers need to take customer service lessons for sure. All this for a soup.

We didn’t actually eat here, but I had to leave a review for the service I received. We were driving when my son got a horrible bloody nose. Unfortunately, we had just gotten a rental car and had absolutely nothing to use in the car. Panera was the first place I saw, so him and I ran up to the door. I was going to run in and grab napkins so he didn’t drip across the floor but the (I’m guessing manager) saw us and had already grabbed paper towels and met us. She allowed me to use the restroom to get him cleaned up, offered us more paper towels for the road, and a drink to help with any bad taste it may have left in his mouth. She went way above and beyond! I can’t recommend them enough purely off this experience. Thank you again ❤️

The food was good, and I loved the outdoor seating option. However, it was $14 for a half sandwich and salad .

Decent place to stop if you’re in the area. Drinking orange juice that came from Brazil doesn’t feel very Sustainable. Panera will need to take a hard look at their supply chain for the future.

Slow service and incomplete order. Simple take out order for a bagel and Pecan Braid. There weren’t 10 people in the store and it took 15 minutes. When I opened the bag after leaving… no Pecan Braid. Called the store and no answer. This is a location to avoid for sure.

The place very busy. Parking kidda crowded . I ordered cup wild rice soup’s taste delicious. The bread comes alone with. The bread little cold if it toasted taste more better. The cashier Angelica very friendly and professional. The place wells clean and organized. The bathroom need more attention. But I was enjoying everything. This is my second time back here. I will back for more stuff.

Every time I come here, I have to wait more than 20 minutes to get my food whether it’s me placing a pick up order or come to the drive-through. It takes 20 minutes for me to get food. They are extremely slow. No sense Of urgency. I’ve even tried to speak to the manager about this face-to-face and all she said was well it’s breakfast time. I probably will never be back at this location

So disappointed with my visit to this Panera. Ordered a tomato soup for pick up and the first comment the worker tells me is that they were out of baguettes (which is a constant occurrence with any Panera in the Midwest). I tell her that chips are fine mainly because I don’t have a choice and asked if there was a spoon and napkins in my order. She says yes and it is marked on the receipt so I walk to my car. I open the bag and there was no spoon or napkins. Why mark the receipt when you didn’t include the items? No idea. To top it all off, the bag of croutons was a total joke. There were maybe 4 croutons in total. Had to go back in to get more croutons and pick up a spoon and napkins.
Awful service.
