I have been to Panera for years now and always had great service. This time has really disappointed me. The Mac and cheese is pretty much soup and not even warm (they asked me if I could get it to go so they don’t have to do more dishes so we got it cold right away). They definitely need better staff in the evening. Panera is not cheap and if this is the quality I’m going to get then my family and I will no longer be wasting our money here.

Ordered the chicken avocado added bacon it was super delicious. They were out of the flat bread or the original bread that the sandwich comes on but still a delicious sandwich. I usually get the “Pick two” so I got the broccoli cheddar soup love it.

Probably the last time we will go to Panera. Prices are up… WAY up… And quality way down. I saw the advertisement for their spicy chicken sandwich and thought it really looked and sounded good. Well mine looked nothing like the picture… The picture on the left is what it SHOULD look like. The other picture is what I received… Tiny piece of rubbery cold chicken hiding in the bun… A few drops of Buffalo sauce… Mostly mayo… And I had to search for signs of the pickle chips. If you look at their advertisement photo, the pickle chips are loaded on there. They were out of the sourdough bread for my wife’s deli turkey sandwich and what they substituted was stale bread. The bread they gave us was also hard and stale… Inside and out. The 2 stars are for the chicken and wild rice soup, which was very good. Paid over $40 for our meal for two… I expect higher quality. What a disappointment. Panera used to be great.

The sandwich that I had was poorly made. I order The Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich, which was supposed to come with additional avocado as ordered, but it did not. Other than having paid for it, I don’t think it would have made the sandwich any better.

Very slow service today. No coffee in any of the dispensers, and it took fifteen minutes for them to fill them back up. Only three people working there. Woman taking orders seemed unhappy to be there and had no personality. I will think twice before I come back.

Chicken and wild rice soup with bread , frozen caramel cold brew coffee. My girl had the grilled cheese with white cheese and tomato and basil soup with an apple and green tea to drink. All amazing plus the staff was very friendly. Excellent.
