I go to this location at least 2x per week. 9/10 times my order is wrong. With ingredients I did not add, missing ingredients not one but multiple (see picture of one of my visits last week) missing what I added, or simply giving you what’s not advertised.

They were completely out of half-and-half what happens very often. I grab the container and took it to the pick up location waited there like three minutes, five people are working. They see me turn around and keep doing their thing. Finally after I asked the lady with the headset on. She acknowledged me with a nasty attitude, whispered I don’t know what! This location is in desperate need of customer service coaching especially the lady with the headset. In other words, not professional, not friendly, not approachable. Terrible service.

Went to Panera a few days ago for the Frontega Chicken Sandwich. When I took a bite I found that one of the halves was completely missing the cheese, tomato, and onion. On top of that ,on the side that did have all the ingredients the tomatoes and onions looked old and slimy. To be paying $10 dollars to receive this is unbelievable.
