I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a full salad and was given an extremely small portion of dressing — it didn’t even look like 1 oz. It was barely enough to coat a few bites.
This was for dine-in, which makes it even more surprising. If this had been a takeout order, I would have gotten home and been even more frustrated.
For the price Panera charges for salads, customers should receive a reasonable amount of dressing to actually enjoy the meal. Please be more mindful of portion consistency. It really affects the overall experience.

The food is good. The service is not bad. What I found ridiculous is I am served (as dine in) the cappuccino in a paper cup and the blueberry muffin in a paper bag. . I thought it might have been an oversight. So, I reminded them that I was dining in and wanted my cappuccino in a ceramic cup and the muffin on a platter. I have been told that the company, Panera bread is not providing them with cappuccino cups anymore. All you get is paper cups. This is my LAST CAPPUCCINO I am buying here

I frequently order from this Panera through the app and drive-thru fast lane. Service is often slow but usually manageable, so I’ve never felt the need to comment until today.
I went through the drive-thru to place a simple two item order. Rachel, who said she was the manager, was distracted and I had to repeat my order several times. I raised my voice only to be heard and was then told I didn’t need to yell and that I could leave and did not have to be served.
When I asked for the corporate number, I was given incorrect information more than once. This interaction was unprofessional and could have been handled very differently. Customers shouldn’t be dismissed for simply trying to place an order.

Their value duets are my favourite. Smokehouse bbq chicken & creamy tomato soup is absolute best. You also get to choose a piece of baguette/ Apple/ chips with the combo. The portion is decent enough for one. The location is spacious. They do serve variety of baking goods and freshly made bread too.

I liked this Panera bread store because they food was pretty good and people would work fast.
This morning, I used the drive thru expecting to get a fast service. Whoever was at the drive thru taking orders had an attitude while this person took my order. I asked for a ice coffee with caramel flavor and she gave me milk or cream on it. Never ask for that. I take it as acting petty and just wanted to act childish because I gave the same bad attitude she gave me while taking my order.
To make it more unpleasant, she made me wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes.
I was watching videos so I didn’t get bother by wasting my time waiting for my food.
I was not going to make a scene or whatever this person was trying to manipulate to provoque a reaction for this ridiculous behavior. It’s sad that such a pretty young lady was acting this way.
Please have better employees with better positive attitude and costumer service who does not take it personal with costumers.
I never disrespect this lady and no idea what’s wrong with her day but it wasn’t my fault.
Also, the Mc and cheese was weird and mushy. The sandwich was not even toasted!

the side bread wasn’t cooked well. the kitchen sink cookie was over cooked dry n hard. Cherry croissant was also well done. Was out of avocado.

I decided to get Panera for something healthy last week for a coworker and myself. I ordered online and used the drive thru to pick up for convenience and time saving. The order was a salad and a sandwich and when I got there the bag was ready but they forgot the sandwich when they packed it. They had the receipt and a sticker stating that it was inspected but with no name on the sticker. I called several times before I could talk to anyone and they told me to come back and get the sandwich. It was very inconvenient and took more time than I wanted to take away from my work, but I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I have not been to this place for several years. The location is not a best fit for traffic. Difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.
Well the food is good for the price. I had chilly soup and the roast beef sandwich. The wife had a great salad.

Came here on 2-19-25. Around noon. I got the chicken Roma Asiago bagel. And broccoli soup. The bagel was okay. Way to much greens!! Other then that the food was awesome. Will return.
