Go ahead and just close the doors Panera! This is not a good look on your brand. Employees don’t want to be there and the orders are getting messed up and customers still getting charged when told they will be given a refund for undelivered items. This store is a lost cause unfortunately. Two tea spoons of dressing for whole salad and the bread got attacked by a lion. Then items missed from order. Run away from this location.

A Monday at dinner time. No ciabatta on special. No tea. No clean tables or floors. What food they did have was ok but pricey for the amount imo. only 3 staff that I saw, and maybe 10 customers. Chicken or the egg? Are they not staffing it because they can’t get customers, or were there a few customers because they aren’t taking care of business there?

I went in for just soup and grilled cheese. I overheard as I was waiting people getting trained and I believe the manager said she either just became the manager or just transferred from another store. Either way I waited 30 minutes. When my order was finally ready, the manager realized I had been there a long time and felt bad so she made it right without me even having to ask. She was very nice and you could tell felt really bad about the situation. I appreciate she was paying attention and did the right thing. I think her name was Katie but I could be wrong.

because it’s all natural and stuff.
I’d like to go there every so often even though they’re a little pricey.
You order your food and then go back up and pick it up at the counter when it gets done. However, with sit down prices, there should be waitresses to bring your food to the table. No one called us when our order was ready so it sat there until we noticed it.
Still, it’s pretty healthy food, and how many healthy places are there really?

Stopped in to get some lunch while we were out and about. I got the tomato soup with baquete and chicken salad sandwich. The soup was delicious with a deep and rich tomato flavor. I didn’t care for the croutons though. The bread was nice and chewy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Perfect for dipping or just muching. The sandwich came with lettuce and tomato which was super fresh and also kept the btead from getting squishy. Great flavor on the sandwich. We ordered ahead and the food was ready on time even during the busy rush during lunch time. Great food all around. I will get this meal again.

I heard them talking bad about an older lady who asked her bread to not be toasted because she wouldn’t be bake to eat it they then toasted it and laughed at her when she couldn’t eat it. Then the last 3 times I’ve ordered pickup orders and ordered a pastry they didn’t put it in the bag. AND I added avocado to my sandwich and it was brown and gross.

My experience was not the best. The food is incredibly overpriced. My sandwich had little chicken on it and my Mac and cheese and side of bread was cold. There was food all over the floor and many of the tables were dirty. In addition, I could not find an employee anywhere besides the one in the lobby.

Ordered a steak arugula. I recently ordered in Virginia and California. This sandwich looked like someone threw a clump of meat and arugula on a piece of sour doe bread 2 inch by 3 inch. Yes I measured. I went to complain and verify I got what I ordered. the girl said that’s the waay we make them and offered another one……NO THANKS. A ten year old can do better.
