My favorite Panera Bread. It’s always clean and the cashiers are always friendly. This time I ordered something different- for me. I tried the Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Flatbread Pizza. Lots of chicken, plenty of bacon and a few chunks of tomatoes. The chipotle sauce on top brought it all together. Just the right amount of kick.

This place has to be a joke. The picture below is a almost 6 dollar drink not only is it already small to begin with but this time it’s not even filled up all the way. And on top of that I was charged for one order and not even given the correct food through the drive. I order pretty much the same thing every visit and lately it’s either wrong or the wrong topping on the food. This is ridiculous. For as much as you want to charge you think you could find some quality staff and some quality control. When this location 1st opened they were great. Not so much these days. I’ve door dashed food and either received wrong food or some of my order wasn’t in the bag before it’s picked up. Shame it’s come to this to because the food is good

Multiple times I have tried to work with this place and they just don’t. The workers are rude and will argue with customers over what they ordered. I’ve ordered large drinks and been charged for them but will receive a small and when I request the real size i’m met with attitude and being told i’m wrong about my own order even with receipt proof. Then I ask for the most simple thing the next time, a bagel toasted and sliced: they could not even fully slice my bagel and it was stuck together still so clearly not even bothered to be put in a toaster. It was cold and soggy. Panera used to be my favorite place. Now the workers are rude and do not care about customers ordered. The place is a joke.

Order the Steak and Cheddar via the Panera App. Sandwich was very lacking, minimal meat, missing cheese. Full sandwich should have come with a side of chips, no chips. Come on Panera! Thought you were better than this!! Called the manager and he attempted to make it right by giving me a credit for my next visit in his manager’s log… we’ll see how that works out.
