Stop by for coffee about 7:00 p.m.. typical Panera Bread which generally has a nice environment and friendly people didn’t quite apply to this particular location. You can start with the guy behind the order counter with dirty dreadlocks. His serious lack of customer skills was appalling. But, I guess that’s all we can get today. The other folks were quite nice. That is appreciated. One thing we did notice was later in the evening that the coffee is all lukewarm. When I brought it up to one of the employees, she quickly retrieved a new coffee urn for me. That is certainly appreciated. However, that one was lukewarm also. Thank heavens for a microwave.

Got a sandwich to split and two coffees as we had to drive for a few hours, after getting the bag open on the road we discovered they didn’t in fact cut the sandwich to split. Great food overall but just poor attention to customer requests.

Besides construction going on, this location is pretty easy to access. Staff is always nice and the food is always delicious. It’s close to a lot of businesses and is my go to for work lunch!

Very disappointing experience. The cashier took a very long time taking our order which ended up causing them to miss many aspects of our order, such as large drinks, no onion, not asking about our sides until then end and saying baguettes are ok right? This would have been just fine if that was the only thing that happened. The soups were cold. The Mac and cheese looked as though it had been warmed up in a plastic bag and then dumped in the bowl. The salad had some lettuce that was frozen and some that was slimey. The sandwich that was ordered with no onions had ALL the onions. The entire restaurant was dirty. The floor was covered and many of the tables needed bussed. Even after all of this, we went up to get cinnamon rolls to go and after almost 5 mins of waiting decided to to just leave.

Revised review. Food is inconsistent quality. After months of enjoying great food, mostly breakfast sandwiches im rather disappointed. I got a Scramble egg, bacon, and cheese on ciabatta. It now comes with really stale bacon bits in-lou of the real bacon slices it used to have on it. My old 5star review “Really good Breakfast sandwiches. Nice clean restaurant.”
