My wife and I ate at this Panera location for brunch. I got 2 items from the hot handhelds menu. The food was very fresh and had lots of flavor. We both chose the “Pick 2” option so we could try more items from the menu. Overall, we are very happy with our Panera experience. We would definitely go back to this location. There was no line when we arrived.

First time at this location and found that same great flavor that only their sandwiches offer. Even though they were busy and had several carry out orders ahead of us, our food was ready in minutes. Would have been 5 stars but when I sat I found the bench was coming apart.

I’m a very loyal Panera Bread patron. Even the lukewarm, oft-empty jugs of coffee, I’m in. In my area, the people are really great, with rare exception. Even the new employees, they ‘get it’.
But this big menu redo that was done a couple of years ago, maybe around the epidemic recovery, the big cost-savings redo – they’ve killed the chicken offerings at Panera Bread.
My view: Stay away from anything that includes chicken. It’s gristly, fatty, chopped. Nothing like the old days. I’m sure it’s lower cost, sure. But I can’t make this work. I can’t make it through any serving including this low quality, gross, cold, gristle-blob of a chicken imposter.
I give up.
Panera Bread = Bread. Maybe a Coffee. Maybe a wonderful pastry.

Visited 9/12/24. Will never be back unless this establishment cleans up their act. Restroom is disgusting which is indicative of poor kitchen hygiene. I ordered the seasonal soup (think it was called southwest) which was not impressive due to lacking potatoes, but flavor was good.
The ac thermostat is located in an area where the sun hits it, therefore it constantly runs and keeps it at an unbearable temperature.

My boss ordered Panera for us for breakfast. Her bagel arrived burnt. My yogurt arrived completely frozen. And our sodas came with ice filled top to bottom. I got maybe 3 sips from my ginger ale. I will never order from here again.

Very disappointing experience. The cashier took a very long time taking our order which ended up causing them to miss many aspects of our order, such as large drinks, no onion, not asking about our sides until then end and saying baguettes are ok right? This would have been just fine if that was the only thing that happened. The soups were cold. The Mac and cheese looked as though it had been warmed up in a plastic bag and then dumped in the bowl. The salad had some lettuce that was frozen and some that was slimey. The sandwich that was ordered with no onions had ALL the onions. The entire restaurant was dirty. The floor was covered and many of the tables needed bussed. Even after all of this, we went up to get cinnamon rolls to go and after almost 5 mins of waiting decided to to just leave.

I spent a small fortune on half of a Strawberry Poppyseed CHICKEN salad, which is to be made with romaine lettuce. What I got was a sad little “salad” made with iceberg lettuce and NO CHICKEN?? That was one expensive bowl of cheap lettuce. I will never go here again. Total ripoff.

I usually don’t complain but this location has forgot my coffee 3 times and my cappuccino more than once and our Avacado toasts looks nothing like the advertising picture. Anyways it sucks because I love panera bread but why would I continue throwing my money down the drain for this? Just being honest.

Tried panera bread for the first time and I was not expecting it to be that good.
I was recommended to get the chicken chipotle sandwich and I can’t describe how amazed I was.
Everything about this sandwich is perfect!
I took a quick picture of it but on the side I got fresh bread, which was perfect.
I also got their chocolate croissant, amazing.
I would definitely recommend this place 5/5.

Girl taking order was rude and got order completely wrong then made mango smoothie which was nothing like the dozens of smoothies I had ordered here. Manager came out and acted like we were a problem. Will never return there again. Can’t see this store being open much longer.
