I visited here for the first time on a certain day in January 2026.
I ordered a middle cup of Soda and “You Pick 2” that was 1/2 Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich , and a cup of Chili and French Bag Side.

The food tasted ok, but it’s pricey for what it is. The atmosphere was nice. We sat by a little fireplace. The workers were friendly, fast and knowledgeable.
The only issue I had was they put my macaroni into a bowl that had soup remains in it and gave me a spoon that was covered in something gross. They either need to fix their dishwasher or inspect dishes better after washing them.
Unfortunately it might be a while before I can go back because of this.

I’ll stop by here on my way to work early in the morning for a breakfast sandwich and a Passion Papaya Green tea. The food is always nice and hot, I’ve never had a problem with my order, and I really love the tea. I kind of wished they sold it by half gallons, etc because I would buy that. I haven’t had a chance to really stay in the dining area but it feels pretty spacious. The workers are also always friendly 10/10 service.

I’ve been coming here pretty much every day for at least 3 years but recently stopped going because every single time I go the coffee is trash! It tastes absolutely disgusting I’m not sure what they’re doing to make it taste like that. I’m assuming they just don’t clean anything.. The ice dispenser had mold in it and all of the soft drinks have an off taste. I ordered a smoothie and it was handed to me literally completely melted. Would not recommend going here for any beverage at all.

Ordered the new walnut chicken salad sandwich and how embarrassing to call this even a sandwich… I was questioning how light it was and was thinking did I even order food. I see why. Basically bread and lettuce with a hint of chicken salad. Hmmmmm cheap or lazy I don’t know but pretty expensive lunch if you ask me… definitely doesn’t remotely look at all like the picture advertised.

For the first time I experienced this kind of bad service at Panera bread. unless you have no option left I would suggest not to go to this place. After a very long day we stopped here to have dinner. To start with…. it took 10mins to take order for three items(chipotle chicken melt whole sandwich, one soup, grilled cheese with added veggies onions and peppers), and one drink, and even after saying dine in they gave me in a bag as togo and even after that I had to on back and ask for plates and for soup and sandwich they forgot to give chips which I have to go again and ask. For soft drinks, coke and dite coke are just water and lemonade was not great and one of my friend didn’t feel like having any food so he ordered cappuccino coffee and he got a Expresso and that is tasteless too. And grilled cheese is filled with peppers was not able to taste anything other than peppers that was so bad and other sandwich was also not that great. Generally we respect food and never throw our food. After so long we had to eat what we got even we didn’t like it. Just to add one more point if the place is busy then it is understood that couple of mistakes are excepted but in this case I hardly saw two mores guests.

I’m so sorry but we lost our Panera on Miller Lane but at the same time checking this place out. I feel a lot better about it. The one on Main is probably slight cut above the other only because the other had funding problems. I miss it anyway, but at the same time if I have to have a backup this is the one

The service was horrible because of a sloppy and rude sandwich maker who obviously hates her job and hates the customers.
The sandwich barely had any toppings, it wasn’t wrapped so chicken fell out into the bag, and the bread was soggy. The sandwich I asked for used to be called Frontega Chicken and it was made in a panini grill and it came out pressed together with all of the melted cheese. Now, it’s put into a small oven. I don’t know why they bother because it doesn’t do anything for it except melt the spot of cheese that’s only the size of a quarter.
This place isn’t worth your time or money.

I like the setup of this Panera. Lots of more private places to eat rather than a big open room. Fast friendly service.
